(2)誘電率εが10以下の織布又は不織布に誘電率εが10以下の樹脂を織布又は不織布表面を樹脂が覆うほどまでに過剰に染み込ませたシート。
(3)誘電率εが10以下の電気絶縁性を持つ帯状樹脂シート。
(4)ガラス・ポリエステル・ポリプロピレン単独か複合した繊維紙、クラフト紙、マニラ麻等の電気絶縁紙シート。
(5)上記(3)、(4)のシートに、誘電率εが10以下の電気絶縁材料による含浸コートを形成したシート。
(6)導体箔がアルミニウムの場合、アルミニウムそのものの酸化皮膜の誘電率8〜10で形成した絶縁被覆付きのアルミニウム箔帯を用いたもの。
上記の実施形態によれば、以下のような効果が得られる。

Claims (4)
- 誘電率εが10以下の絶縁材料による帯状のセパレーターと該セパレーターに重ねた導体箔とをロール状に巻回してなり、前記導体箔の巻き始め側と巻き終わり側にそれぞれ端子を接続した線輪部品と、該線輪部品を装着した磁性コアと、を含み、
前記導体箔の表面の面粗さは0.5μm以下であって、前記線輪部品には実効電流値で10Aを超える電流が通電され、
前記セパレーターは、誘電率εが10以下の織布又は不織布に誘電率εが10以下の樹脂を織布又は不織布表面を樹脂が覆うほどまでに過剰に染み込ませたシートであり、
直流バイアスされた交流信号の中の基本信号である10kHz〜300kHzの周波数は通過させるローパスフィルターとして機能し、それ以外の高調波成分の領域である高周波では高いインピーダンス特性を呈することにより高調波が通過するときの導体損失が大きなフィルターとして機能することを特徴とするノイズフィルター。 - 請求項1に記載のノイズフィルターにおいて、前記ロール状に巻き回したものを防水処理してなることを特徴とするノイズフィルター。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のノイズフィルターにおいて、前記導体箔を前記セパレーターに接着、あるいは融着、又は電着してなることを特徴とするノイズフィルター。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のノイズフィルターにおいて、前記導体箔がアルミニウムからなることを特徴とするノイズフィルター。
