Description
まず、本発明の細胞培養装置の第一の実施形態について、図1〜7に基づき説明する。本発明の細胞培養装置は、図1に示すように、光透過性及び可撓性を有する無菌バッグ1と、無菌バッグ1に当接させ光照射を行うための光照射部材4とから概略構成される。この無菌バッグ1の内部には、細胞培養を行う際に、目的の細胞と培地を懸濁した培養液2が封入される。無菌バッグ1としては、例えば、エチレン−ビニルアセテート共重合体やエチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体等の多層フィルムで構成された市販の医薬品包装用途のシングルユースバッグ等を用いることができる。予めガンマ線やエチレンオキシドガスによって滅菌されているバッグを用いることもできる。

Claims (8)
- 光透過性及び可撓性を有し、内部に培養液を封入可能な無菌バッグと、前記無菌バッグに当接させ、その当接面を介して前記無菌バッグ内部の前記培養液に対し光照射を行うための光照射部材とを備え、前記光照射部材の前記当接面に凸状の突起を設けてなる光合成細胞培養装置。
- 前記当接面に、反射防止膜が設けられる請求項1に記載の光合成細胞培養装置。
- 当接させた前記無菌バッグを挟んで前記光照射部材と対向する側に、前記無菌バッグを透過した光の波長を変換して前記無菌バッグ内部の培養液に対し光照射を行うための波長変換部材を備える請求項1に記載の光合成細胞培養装置。
- 前記光照射部材が前記無菌バッグを収容可能な箱体であり、前記箱体の内壁面の少なくとも一部が、前記培養液に対し光照射を行うための前記無菌バッグとの当接面となる請求項1に記載の光合成細胞培養装置。
- 前記無菌バッグ内部にガス通気手段を備え、前記凸状の突起に従って変形した前記無菌バッグの内壁面に沿って前記ガス通気手段から発生したガスが循環するように、前記凸状の突起が形成される請求項1に記載の光合成細胞培養装置。
- 内壁面の少なくとも一部に凸状の突起が設けられ、前記内壁面の少なくとも一部から光照射を行うことができる箱体に、光透過性及び可撓性を有する無菌バッグを収容し、光合成を行う細胞を懸濁した培養液を前記無菌バッグに注入することによって前記内壁面の少なくとも一部に前記無菌バッグを当接させ、その当接面を介して前記無菌バッグ内部の前記培養液に対し光照射を行う光合成細胞培養方法。
- 前記当接面に、反射防止膜が設けられる請求項6に記載の光合成細胞培養方法。
- 前記無菌バッグを挟んで前記当接面と対向する側に波長変換部材を備え、前記無菌バッグを透過した光の波長を変換して、前記無菌バッグ内部の培養液に対し光照射を行う請求項6に記載の光合成細胞培養方法。
