Description

The present invention relates to a rice cooker or an electromagnetic cooker in which heating means are integrally mounted, and a cooker including a cooking pot in which heating means are not mounted.

The cooker is provided with a cooking pot having an upper end opening for storing the food. In a cooking device in which heating means are integrally mounted, a cooking pan is disposed in the cooking device body, and the upper end opening of the cooking pan is closed by a lid that is disposed so as to be openable and closable. And the cooking thing in a cooking pan is cooked by heating a cooking pan with heating means, such as an induction heating coil and a heater arranged in a cooking appliance main part. Steam generated in the cooking pan during cooking is exhausted to the outside through a steam passage formed in the lid.

In a rice cooker, which is one of the cookers, a liquid or foam containing steamed rice components in the exhausted steam due to excessive filling of water in the inner pot and variations in the performance of the rice rice varieties and products (parts) The number of sticks (liquid substances) increases, and spills may occur. In order to prevent this spilling, measures such as weakening the heating power during rice cooking or cooling the steam with the blowing means arranged in the steam passage to condense and return it to the cooking pan have been taken. It was.

However, if the heating power is weakened, the cooked rice cannot be cooked with proper heating power. In addition, when air blowing means composed of a motor or a sirocco fan is mounted, there is a problem that the product cost becomes high, so that it cannot be used for a low-price rice cooker and the product size becomes large.

Patent Document 1 describes a rice cooker in which a steam unit for reducing the amount of steam discharged is disposed at the outlet of a steam passage. The steam unit includes a lower container and an upper cover, and the inlet of the lower container is covered with a first frame formed on the upper cover, and the first frame is covered with a U-shaped frame formed on the lower container. The frame is covered with a second frame formed on the upper cover. And while providing the 1st notch part in the lower part of the 1st frame and providing the 2nd notch part in the lower part of the 2nd frame, each separation space is connected. The upper cover is formed with an exhaust port so as to communicate with the third separation space outside the second frame.

The rice cooker of patent document 1 can isolate | separate rice balls which are liquid substances containing the rice rice component with heavy specific gravity from a vapor | steam in the path | route from the inflow port of a steam unit to an exhaust port. However, this rice cooker, in particular, has the inconvenience that spillage occurs in the worst case because the bubble-like rice cake is pushed downstream by the exhaust pressure of the steam and flows backward to the exhaust port side.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a cooker that can prevent backflow of a foamy liquid substance and reliably prevent spillage.

In order to solve the above problems, the cooker of the present invention closes the upper end opening of the cooking pan with a lid, and provides the lid with a steam passage that communicates the inside and outside of the cooking pan. In the cooker provided with a steam unit for suppressing discharge of a liquid substance containing a cooked ingredient to the outside, the steam unit includes an inflow portion communicating with an inlet side of the steam passage, and an outlet side of the steam passage And an outflow portion that communicates with the inflow portion. The inflow portion is provided with a protruding portion that protrudes into the steam unit, and the protruding portion is provided with a bent portion that changes the flow direction of the liquid substance.
Specifically, the bent portion is bent by approximately 90 degrees or more with respect to the axis of the protruding portion.

According to this cooker, a liquid substance containing a cooked product component, specifically, a liquid or a bubble composed of a liquid and a gas flows into the steam unit together with the steam. Among them, the foam that causes the most spilling is destroyed by colliding with the bent portion, and flows in a liquid state. Therefore, spillage and scattering can be suppressed to the maximum.

In this cooker, it is preferable that the outlet at the tip of the bent portion is arranged to face the opposite side with respect to the exhaust direction in the steam unit connecting the inflow portion and the outflow portion. Here, arranging so that the outlet at the tip of the bent portion faces the opposite side with respect to the exhaust direction includes the direction perpendicular to the imaginary line connecting the inflow portion and the outflow portion (90 degrees), and the rear side It means a state of opening facing. If it does in this way, the exhaust route in a steam unit can be lengthened. As a result, the liquid substance having a high specific gravity can be reliably separated from the vapor and exhausted.

The steam unit includes a lower container having the inflow portion and an upper cover that closes an upper end opening of the lower container and has the outflow portion, and at least one of the lower container and the upper cover. It is preferable to provide a partition wall that divides the interior into two or more separation spaces from the inflow portion toward the outflow portion.
Specifically, the upper cover is provided with the partition wall that extends to the vicinity of the bottom of the lower container and covers the outer peripheral portion of the protruding portion, and the separation spaces partitioned by the partition wall are formed at the lower portion of the partition wall. It is preferable to provide a communication hole for communication. If it does in this way, while the passage of the bubble which flowed into the steam unit is prevented, it can be destroyed and made into a liquid by contact with a partition wall. In addition, if the upper cover is removed after use, the partition wall covering the protruding portion is eliminated, so that the cleanability around the protruding portion can be improved.
Moreover, it is preferable that the lower container is provided with the partition wall extending toward the upper cover, and a communication hole for communicating the separation spaces partitioned by the partition wall is provided at an upper portion of the partition wall. In this way, the separated liquid material does not flow downstream from the upper communication hole even when the exhaust pressure is applied. As a result, spillage through the steam passage can be reliably prevented.

Further, it is preferable that the protruding portion of the steam unit protrudes upward, and a valve body that suppresses the vapor in the cooking pan from evaporating from the outlet of the steam passage is disposed in the protruding portion. Specifically, the valve body allows the steam in the cooking pan to be discharged at the exhaust pressure generated when the cooking process is performed, and suppresses the steam from the cooking pot at the exhaust pressure generated when the heat retention process is performed. To do. If it does in this way, since it can control that moisture is released from the food under heat insulation, degradation of the taste of food can be controlled and heat insulation performance can be improved.

The bent portion is formed in an outlet member separate from the protruding portion, and a pedestal member having a steam hole is provided between the protruding portion and the outlet member, and the valve body is provided on the pedestal member. It is preferable to provide a spherical member capable of closing the vapor hole. If it does in this way, transpiration of the vapor | steam during heat insulation can be reliably suppressed with a simple structure. In addition, by setting the weight of the spherical member, it is possible to reliably set the steam discharge at the exhaust pressure during cooking.

In the cooking device of the present invention, among the liquid substances containing the cooked ingredients, the bubbles made of liquid and gas are destroyed by colliding with the bent part and flow into the liquid state, so that spills and splashes are maximized. Can be suppressed.

The upper cover 42 is provided with an outflow portion 51 that constitutes an exhaust port that is an outlet of the steam passage 28. The outflow portion 51 is provided with a concave portion that is recessed in a circular shape in plan view so as to be positioned on the opposite side in the radial direction with respect to the operation concave portion 33, a cylindrical convex portion is provided at the center thereof, and an exhaust is provided around the periphery at equal intervals. In this configuration, holes 52 are provided.

The outlet member 53 is provided with a bent portion 54 that changes the flow direction of the steam including a screw that flows in along the axis of the protruding portion 48. Below the bent portion 54, a fitting convex portion 55 that fits inside the fitting frame portion 49 protrudes radially outward. An engagement claw portion 56 that engages with the engagement step portion 50 is provided at the lower end of the fitting convex portion 55. The bent portion 54 of the present embodiment is configured such that the axis of the outlet 54a at the tip is bent 90 degrees with respect to the axis of the protruding portion 54 extending in the vertical direction and extends in the horizontal direction. Further, the axis of the outlet 54a is arranged to face the opposite side to the exhaust direction in the steam unit 39 connecting the inflow portion 47 and the outflow portion 51, specifically, the inflow portion 47 is rotated 90 degrees or more in plan view. It is arranged to face the side.

Inside the steam unit 39, partition walls 58 and 59 for partitioning into three separation spaces 57A to 57C from the inflow portion 47 to the outflow portion 51 are provided. Specifically, the first partition wall 58 is provided on the upper cover 42 and the second partition wall 59 is provided on the lower container 40 and the upper cover 42 from the inflow portion 47 side. The first partition wall 58 has both ends at the inner frame portion 45 so that the lower end of the first partition wall 58 extends to the vicinity of the bottom 40 a of the lower container 40 and the outer periphery of the protruding portion 48 is surrounded with the upper cover 42 attached to the lower container 40. Are formed in a circular arc shape in plan view. The second partition wall 59 is provided so as to extend substantially in the radial direction so as to be located on the upstream side of the outflow portion 51. The second partition wall 59 is composed of a second partition wall lower portion 59a provided integrally with the lower container 40 and a second partition wall upper portion 59b provided integrally with the upper cover 42, and each tip in the mounted state. It is formed with a dimension where the edges meet.

A first separation space partitioned by the outer peripheral wall and the first partition wall 58 from the back side (inlet side) to the front side (outlet side) inside the steam unit 39 by the partition walls 58 and 59. 57A, a second separation space 57B defined by the outer peripheral wall and the first and second partition walls 58 and 59, and a third separation space 57C defined by the outer peripheral wall and the second partition wall 59 are formed. Is done.

The first partition wall 58 communicates the first and second separation spaces 57A and 57B with each other so that the first partition wall 58 is located on the opposite lower end with respect to the opening side of the outlet 54a of the outlet member 53. A hole 60 is provided. Further, the second partition wall 59 is provided with second and third separation spaces 57B and 57C at the upper edge of the second partition wall lower portion 59a so as to be located on the opposite side to the first communication hole 60. A second communication hole 61 for communication is formed. Thus, since the outlet 54a, the communication holes 60 and 61, and the outflow portion 51 are provided on the opposite sides, a long exhaust path for separating the rice cake from the steam can be secured. . In the present embodiment, the opening area of the outlet 54 a of the outlet member 53 is formed larger than the opening area of the first communication hole 60, and the opening area of the first communication hole 60 is formed larger than the opening area of the second communication hole 61. doing. Further, the lower container 40 is provided with a shielding wall 62 that shields a gap between the first communication hole 60 and the edge of the first partition wall 58 located on the opposite side.

A reflux hole 63 is provided at the lower end of the protrusion 48 to recirculate the liquid rice cake in the first separation space 57A to the inner lid 26 side. In addition, the first communication hole 60 formed in the first partition wall 58 constitutes a first return through-hole for returning the liquid rice cake in the second separation space 57B to the first separation space 57A. . Further, the second partition wall 59 has a second reflux penetration at the lower end of the center of the second partition wall lower portion 59a for returning the liquid rice cake in the third separation space 57C to the second separation space 57B. A hole 64 is provided. The opening area of the second reflux through-hole 64 is set smaller than the opening area of the second communication hole 61. As a result, the fluid in the second separation space 57B flows to the second communication hole 61 side due to fluid resistance, and the liquid rice cake in the second separation space 57B passes through the second reflux through hole 64. It is configured not to flow backward to the third separation space 57C.

In this rice cooker, a control board (not shown) is disposed in the rice cooker body 11, and a microcomputer as a control means is mounted on the control board. And according to the operation of each switch 66 of the operation panel 65 formed in the front of the rice cooker main body 11, the microcomputer performs heating (energization) control by the induction heating coil 17 according to the program stored in advance, and preheating, A rice cooking (cooking) process is performed through each process such as temperature rise (medium patch), boil maintenance, and spotting, and a heat retaining process is performed to keep the cooked cooked rice at a predetermined temperature.

In the center of the operation panel 65, a liquid crystal display 67 for displaying the operation state of the rice cooker and the operation state of the switch 66 is provided. In the present embodiment, the liquid crystal display 67 is turned on or blinked instead of the conventional LED during reservation of reserved rice cooking processing for starting or ending rice cooking at a predetermined time or during execution of heat insulation processing.

At the time of performing the rice cooking process, a liquid or foamy rice bowl containing the rice component is generated from the end of the temperature rising process in which water boils to the boiling maintaining process. There is a case to enter. Liquid rice is easy to be generated when cooking rice with a large capacity, and easily enters the steam unit 39 in large quantities. Foam rice balls are likely to occur when cooking rice with a small capacity, and fill the steam unit 39 in large quantities. Moreover, a liquid-like bed and a bubble-like bed may occur at the same time.

In the rice cooker according to the present embodiment, when steam including rice cake enters the inflow portion 47 through the steam passage 28, after colliding with the bent portion 54, the steam flows into the first separation space 57 </ b> A from the outlet 54 a of the outlet member 53. To do. At this time, the foam-like rice cake that causes the first spillage is broken by colliding with the bent portion 54 and flows in as a liquid-like rice cake.

As shown in FIG. 6, in the first separation space 57 </ b> A, by further colliding with the first partition wall 58, the foamy rice cake that was not destroyed by the collision with the bent portion 54 is destroyed and becomes liquid. Drip along the first partition wall 58. Similarly, the liquid rice cake that flows in along with the vapor drops along the first partition wall 58 by colliding with the first partition wall 58. As a result, most of the rice cakes are separated in the first separation space 57A. On the other hand, the steam flows into the second separation space 57 </ b> B on the downstream side through the first communication hole 60 of the first partition wall 58.

In the second separation space 57B, the liquid rice cake adhering to the vicinity of the first communication hole 60 flows together with the steam by the exhaust pressure. Then, the steam that has flowed into the second separation space 57B flows into the third separation space 57C through the second communication hole 61 formed in the second partition wall 59. At this time, since the second partition wall 59 is high and the second communication hole 61 is provided in the upper part of the second partition wall lower portion 59a, a liquid rice cake having a heavy specific gravity cannot pass through the second communication hole 61. . Therefore, the liquid rice cake is almost certainly separated in the second separation space 57B. Further, since the second communication hole 61 has an opening area smaller than that of the first communication hole 60, the flow velocity of the steam is faster when passing, so that the heavier specific gravity is separated from the steam by its own weight. Therefore, only the vapor (gas component) can enter the third separation space 57C.

Steam flows into the third separation space 57C in a state where most of the rice bowls are separated. And it collides with the wall surface which comprises the 3rd separation space 57C, and the remaining rice cake and water | moisture content are separated in liquid form, and are discharged | emitted from the outflow part 51 outside.

Thus, since the rice cooker of this embodiment is provided with the bending part 54 which changes the flow direction of a steam in the inflow part 47 in the steam unit 39, the foamy rice cake which becomes the cause of spilling is the first. It can be destroyed by collision and flowed in as a liquid. In addition, by positioning the communication holes 60 and 61 on the opposite side, the exhaust path can be lengthened, and the steam containing the tongue can collide with the wall surface, so that the tongue can be reliably separated from the steam. it can. Moreover, since the second partition wall 59 is provided with the second communication hole 61 to the third separation space 57C in the upper part of the second partition wall lower part 59a, the passage of the liquid rice cake having a high specific gravity is maximized. Can be suppressed. As a result, spilling and scattering can be suppressed to the maximum.

And since spilling can be suppressed to the maximum, it becomes possible to cook rice without weakening the heating power, and it is possible to prevent the deliciousness of the cooked rice from being spoiled. In addition, since it does not require high-cost air blowing means, it can be mounted on a low-price rice cooker and the product does not increase in size. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the first partition wall 58 that surrounds the outer periphery of the protruding portion 48 of the lower container 40 is provided on the upper cover 42. Therefore, the partition wall 58 that covers the protruding portion 48 when the upper cover 42 is removed after use. Therefore, the cleanability around the protrusion 48 can be improved.

(Modification of the first embodiment)
In the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7A, the bent portion 54 has an inverted L-shaped configuration in which the axis of the outlet 54a is bent 90 degrees with respect to the axis of the protruding portion 48. As shown in FIG. 7B, an inverted V-shaped configuration that bends over 90 degrees may be employed. Further, as shown in FIGS. 7C and 7D, an inverted J shape or an inverted 7 shape bent 180 degrees may be employed. Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the outlet member 53 is provided separately from the protruding portion 48, and the bent portion 54 is provided in the outlet member 53. However, the bent portion 54 is integrally provided in the protruding portion 48. It is good also as a structure.

(Second Embodiment)
8 and 9 show a steam unit 39 according to the second embodiment. As shown in FIG. 8, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a spherical member 70 that suppresses the transpiration of steam is disposed inside the protrusion 48. The spherical member 70 of the present embodiment is a resin product subjected to antibacterial processing, and is disposed on a pedestal member 71 disposed between the protruding portion 48 and the outlet member 53.

The spherical member 70 is a valve body that suppresses the vapor in the inner pot 10 from evaporating to the outside from the outflow portion 51 that is the outlet of the steam passage 28. The spherical member 70 has a weight that allows steam to be discharged at the exhaust pressure generated when the rice cooking (cooking) process is performed, and suppresses steam discharge at the exhaust pressure generated when the heat retention process is performed. In other words, the spherical member 70 is a weight that floats at the vapor pressure when the inner pot 10 having a large amount of water and moisture is heated and the internal pressure of the inner pot 10 is increased by the generated steam. Further, the weight is such that the inner pot with less water and moisture is heated and does not float when the generated steam is low.

As shown in FIG. 9, the pedestal member 71 includes a steam hole 72 having an opening area that can be parallel to the atmospheric pressure in the inner pot 10, and is placed on a mounting step 48 a formed in the protrusion 48. The pedestal member 71 includes an inner wall 73 having an inverted conical cylindrical shape, and a steam hole 72 is formed at the lower end thereof. The inner diameter of the steam hole 72 is smaller than the outer diameter of the spherical member 70. A pair of flange portions 74 and 74 projecting radially outward are provided at the lower end of the base member 71. The flange portions 74 and 74 have a fan shape in a plan view located between the engaging claws 56 and 56 of the outlet member 53. The pedestal member 71 is provided with a pair of guide ribs 75 and 75 extending upward from the flange portion 74. Further, a locking claw 76 is provided between the guide ribs 75.

Similarly to the first embodiment, the outlet member 53 includes a bent portion 54 that changes the flow direction of the steam. A fitting convex portion 55 and an engaging claw portion 56 are provided below the bent portion 54. Guide grooves 77 and 77 into which guide ribs 75 and 75 are fitted are provided between the pair of engaging claws 56 and 56. A locking hole 78 for locking the locking claw 76 is provided between the guide grooves 77 and 77. Furthermore, a plate-like baffle plate 79 extending toward the outlet 54a along the flow direction of the steam is provided in the bent portion 54 of the outlet member 54. Note that the outlet member 53 of the second embodiment has an inverted L shape in which the bent portion 54 is bent 90 degrees as in the first embodiment, but the deformation shown in FIGS. 7B to 7D is possible. As an example, it may be configured to be bent into an inverted V shape, an inverted J shape, or an inverted 7 shape.

In the steam unit 39 of the second embodiment, the spherical member 70 is inserted from the lower end of the outlet member 53, the pedestal member 71 is disposed so as to cover the lower end of the outlet member 53, and then the outlet member 53 is moved to the lower container 40. Insert into the protrusion 48 and fix. As a result, the flange portions 74, 74 of the base member 71 are mounted while being sandwiched between the mounting step portion 48 a of the protruding portion 48 and the lower end of the outlet member 53. At this time, the spherical member 70 disposed in the outlet member 53 is prevented from dropping from the outlet 54 a by the baffle plate 79. Thereby, the spherical member 70 which is a valve body is reliably arrange | positioned in the protrusion part 48. FIG. Thereafter, the upper end opening of the lower container 40 is closed by the upper cover 42 as in the first embodiment.

In the rice cooker in which the steam unit 39 is disposed, when the rice cooking process is performed and the pressure in the inner pot 10 increases, the spherical member 70 floats to open the steam hole 72 and discharge the steam to the outside. At this time, in the case where the steam contains a liquid or foamy stick, the sticking to the spherical member 70 prevents the inflow into the steam unit 39. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably suppress spillage during cooking.

On the other hand, since it is the weight which does not float at the time of a heat retention process, discharge | emission of the steam in the inner pot 10 can be suppressed. Therefore, since it can suppress that a water | moisture content is discharge | released from the cooked rice during heat retention, deterioration of the taste of cooked rice can be suppressed and heat retention performance can be improved.

And since the valve body is comprised by the spherical member 70 which obstruct | occludes the vapor | steam hole 72 of the base member 71 by rolling, it can suppress the vaporization of the heat | fever during heat retention reliably with a simple structure. Further, by setting the weight of the spherical member 70, the exhaust pressure during cooking can be reliably set so as to allow the steam to be discharged.

In addition, the cooking device of this invention is not limited to the structure of the said embodiment, A various change is possible.

For example, in the embodiment, the interior of the steam unit 39 is partitioned into the three separation spaces 57A to 57C by the partition walls 58 and 59, but may be partitioned into two or more separation spaces. Furthermore, if the outlet 54a is arranged in the direction opposite to the outflow portion 51 by the bent portion 54, the interior of the steam unit 39 is not necessarily divided into two or more separation spaces.

And in the said embodiment, although the rice cooker was mentioned as an example as a cooking device of this invention, steam passages, such as an electromagnetic cooker which mounted the heating means integrally, and a cooking pot which is not equipped with a heating means, are mentioned. Any cooker that closes the upper end opening of the cooking pan with the lid 20 formed with 28 can be applied, and similar actions and effects can be obtained.
