Claims (6)

4行程エンジンサイクルのうちの膨脹行程と排気行程とが行われる膨脹室(31)を有する少なくとも1つの動力ユニット(102)と、
圧縮気体を前記圧縮器ユニット(101)の前記圧縮室(11)から前記動力ユニット(102)の前記膨脹室(31)まで搬送するまたぎ気体通路(90)であって、前記圧縮室から搬送された前記圧縮気体は、空気のみであり、かつ、前記膨張室の中に搬送される充填物を用意するために、当該またぎ気体通路内の燃料と混合される、またぎ気体通路(90)と、
追加容積(31a)を前記膨張室(31)に提供することによって、前記膨張室(31)内の圧縮された充填物の早期導入を完成させる膨脹室容積変更器(92)と、
前記圧縮器ユニット(101)と前記動力ユニット(102)との間の位相関係を変更する位相変更機構(103)と、
複数のアクチュエータ及び複数のモータを駆動する複数の制御命令を出す電子制御ユニット(25)と、
を備える、スプリットサイクル位相可変往復ピストン火花点火エンジン。 - シリンダ(10)と、シリンダヘッド(70)と、4行程エンジンサイクルのうちの吸気行程と圧縮行程とが行われる圧縮室(11)を形成するピストン(20)と、連接棒(21)によって前記ピストン(20)に接続されたクランク軸(50)と、を含む少なくとも1つの圧縮器ユニット(101)と、
シリンダ(30)と、前記シリンダヘッド(70)と、4行程エンジンサイクルのうちの膨脹行程と排気行程とが行われる膨脹室(31)を形成するピストン(40)と、連接棒(41)によって前記ピストン(40)に接続されたクランク軸(60)と、を含む少なくとも1つの動力ユニット(102)と、
シリンダ(93)と、前記シリンダ(93)内で移動可能な自由なピストン(95)と、吸気ポート(98)を含むシリンダヘッド(94)と、吸気逆止弁(97)と、前記吸気ポート(98)に接続された気体通路(28)と、前記自由なピストン(95)に連続圧力を発生させる空気ばねを実現する圧力室(96)と、圧縮気体を前記圧力室(96)に前記気体通路(28)を通して搬送する外部ポンプと、を含む膨脹室容積変更器(92)と、

前記圧縮器ユニット(101)の前記クランク軸(50)に取り付けられた第1のかさ歯車(51)と、前記動力ユニット(102)の前記クランク軸(60)に取り付けられた第2のかさ歯車(61)と、前記第1のかさ歯車(51)と第2のかさ歯車(61)とを相互接続している複数のかさ歯車(57)の配列と、前記かさ歯車(57)の配列を支持する複数の延在アーム(56)を含むスパイダーハブ(55)と、前記スパイダーハブ(55)に同軸で取り付けられているウォーム歯車(58)と、前記ウォーム歯車(58)と噛み合っているウォーム(67)と、いずれかの方向に前記ウォーム(67)を駆動するモータ(65)と、を有している位相変更機構(103)と、
電気的に運転される複数のアクチュエータ及び複数のモータ用の複数の制御命令を出す電子制御ユニット(25)と、

吸気弁(71)と、前記圧縮器ユニット(101)の前記圧縮室(11)に近接している一方向逆止弁(72)を含むまたぎ気体通路(90)の一方の端部とを含む吸気ポート(76)と、
排気弁(81)と、またぎ路出口弁(82)を含む前記またぎ気体通路(90)の他方の端部と、点火プラグと、前記動力ユニット(102)の前記膨脹室(31)に近接している膨脹室容積変更器(92)と、を含む排気ポート(86)と、
燃料を前記またぎ気体通路内に噴射する前記またぎ気体通路(90)に近接して取り付けられた燃料インジェクタ(91)と、
をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のスプリットサイクル位相可変往復ピストン火花点火エンジン。 - 4行程エンジンサイクルのうちの前記吸気行程と前記圧縮行程とが順次行われる第1の圧縮シリンダ(10a)と第2の圧縮シリンダ(10b)とを含む複数の圧縮シリンダ(10)を有するマルチシリンダ圧縮器ユニット(101)と、
4行程エンジンサイクルのうちの前記膨脹行程と前記排気行程とが順次行われる第1の膨脹シリンダ(30a)と第2の膨脹シリンダ(30b)とを含む複数の膨脹シリンダ(30)を有するマルチシリンダ動力ユニット(102)と、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のスプリットサイクル位相可変往復ピストン火花点火エンジン。 - 前記マルチシリンダ圧縮器ユニット(101)は、前記第1の圧縮シリンダ(10a)と前記第2の圧縮シリンダ(10b)とにそれぞれ連動する第1のクランクスロー(16)と第2のクランクスロー(17)とを含むクランク軸(50)をさらに備えており、前記マルチシリンダ動力ユニット(102)は前記第1の膨脹シリンダ(30a)と前記第2の膨脹シリンダ(30b)とにそれぞれ連動する第1のクランクスロー(18)と第2のクランクスロー(19)とを含むクランク軸(60)をさらに備える、請求項4に記載のスプリットサイクル位相可変往復ピストン火花点火エンジン。
- 前記圧縮器ユニット(101)の前記クランク軸(50)は前記動力ユニット(102)の前記クランク軸(60)と平行に配置されており、
第2のはすば歯車(15)が前記圧縮器ユニット(101)の前記クランク軸(50)の一方の端部に同軸に嵌められており、
第1のはすば歯車(14)が前記位相変更機構(103)の第1のかさ歯車(51)に同軸に嵌められ、前記位相変更機構(103)の第2のかさ歯車(61)が前記動力ユニット(102)の前記クランク軸(60)の一方の端部に同軸に嵌められており、
前記第1のかさ歯車(51)と前記第2のかさ歯車(61)は、前記位相変更機構(103)の複数のかさ歯車(57)によって相互に連動している、請求項5に記載のスプリットサイクル位相可変往復ピストン火花点火エンジン。
