Description
Claims (15)
- 生体試料を含む凍結乾燥材料を保持する容器であって、当該容器は上部と下部とを有するチャンバを備えており、該チャンバは壁を備えていて、上部で受け入れられた液体が下部に移動して溜まるように下部は上部と流体接続しており、
凍結乾燥材料が下部に位置し、当該容器は、壁から内側に突出する物理構造であって、凍結乾燥材料がチャンバの下部からチャンバの上部に移動するのを防ぐための物理構造を備えており、
凍結乾燥材料が第1の断面を画成し、物理構造がチャンバの内壁から内側に延びるストッパを含んでいて第1の断面よりも小さい第2の断面を画成し、
前記ストッパが可動インサートを含んでおり、可動インサートがチャンバ内で移動可能であって境界を変化させる、容器。 - 前記ストッパがチャンバの上部とチャンバの下部との境界を画成する、請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記容器がプラスチック材料からなる、請求項1又は請求項2記載の容器。
- 前記チャンバが実質的に円形の断面を有する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 上部が容器の第1の端部から延在していて、当該容器が第1の端部にシールを有する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 前記生体試料が酵素を含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 生体試料を含む凍結乾燥材料を保存する装置であって、
請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の複数の容器と、
複数の容器を支持する基板と
を備える装置。 - 前記基板がプラスチック材料からなる、請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記生体試料が酵素を含む、請求項7又は請求項8記載の装置。
- 生体試料を保存する方法であって、当該方法が、
容器を準備する段階であって、容器が上部と下部とを有するチャンバを備えており、該チャンバが壁を備えていて、上部で受け入れられた液体が下部に移動して溜まるように下部は上部と流体接続している、容器を準備する段階と、
生体試料を含む材料をチャンバに挿入して、材料をチャンバの下部に溜める段階と、
材料で凍結乾燥プロセスを行って、生体試料を含む凍結乾燥材料を下部で形成する段階と
を含んでおり、
上記容器が、壁から内側に突出する物理構造であって、凍結乾燥材料がチャンバの下部からチャンバの上部に移動するのを防ぐための物理構造を備えており、
凍結乾燥材料が第1の断面を画成し、物理構造がチャンバの内壁から内側に延びるストッパを含んでいて第1の断面よりも小さい第2の断面を画成し、
前記ストッパが可動インサートを含んでおり、可動インサートがチャンバ内で移動可能であって境界を変化させる、方法。 - 前記生体試料が酵素を含む、請求項10記載の方法。
- 生体試料を含む凍結乾燥材料を保持する容器であって、当該容器が上部と下部とを有するチャンバを備えており、該チャンバは壁を備えていて、上部で受け入れられた液体が下部に移動して溜まるように下部は上部と流体接続しており、
凍結乾燥材料が下部に位置し、下部の壁が、凍結乾燥材料を付着させる粗面であって、凍結乾燥生体試料が下部から上部へ移動するの防ぐ粗面を含んでいる、容器。 - 前記生体試料が酵素を含む、請求項12記載の容器。
- 前記凍結乾燥生体試料を処理するための、請求項1乃至請求項9、請求項12又は請求項13のいずれか1項記載の容器又は装置の使用。
- 前記生体試料が酵素を含む、請求項14記載の容器又は装置の使用。
