Claims (2)
- 複数のプラスチック構成要素からなる管状の導管共振器(1)を製造するための方法であって、前記共振器が、管状中空体(2)の内側に配置されかつ前記管状中空体に結合された1つ以上の管状成形体(3)を有する方法において、
第1の成形段階で、前記成形体(3)が、内側マンドレル(7)を有する外側工具(8)での射出成形工程によって製造されることと、第2の成形段階で、次に前記成形体(3)が前記内側マンドレル(7)と共に内側工具として使用され、前記第2の成形段階で、前記中空体(2)が前記成形体(3)と取り囲む外側工具(10)との間に射出され、次に前記中空体(2)が、前記外側工具(10)の内壁にかつ前記成形体(3)の外壁に位置するようにブロー成形工程によって再成形され、部分的に前記成形体(3)に結合されることとを特徴とする方法。 - 各々が2つの成形体と、前記成形体に結合された2つの中空体とを有する少なくとも2つの導管共振器が、単一の手順で製造される、請求項1に記載の方法。
