Description
表1及び表2に示す各成分を配合して、実施例1〜4及び比較例1〜3の各水溶性調質圧延液を、調製した。
△:ビルドアップ現象が認められるが、鋼板表面に汚れや押込み疵が発生する迄に至っていない場合
○:ビルドアップ現象が認められないか、認められても極僅かで、且つ鋼板表面に汚れや押込み疵が認められない場合

Claims (2)
- 有機酸、アルカノールアミン及び水を主成分とする、調質圧延に用いる水溶性の調質圧延液の調製方法であって、水分及び大部分のフリーアミンを除去して、調質圧延ミル出側の各種後続ロールでの耐ビルドアップ性を最適化するため、その原液20gを200mlナス型フラスコに採取してロータリーエバポレーターに装着し、2.3kPaの減圧下にて70℃で1.5時間加温蒸留した際に残存する成分の粘度が、コーンプレート型粘度計を用いて測定したときに、20℃で5000mPa・s〜100000mPa・sの範囲内になる様に調質圧延液の成分組成を調製することを特徴とする調質圧延液の調製方法。
- 有機酸、アルカノールアミン及び水を主成分とする、調質圧延に用いる水溶性の調質圧延液の調製方法であって、水分及び大部分のフリーアミンを除去して、調質圧延ミル出側の各種後続ロールでの耐ビルドアップ性を最適化するため、その原液20gを直径10cmのシャーレに採取して50℃の送風定温乾燥機中で7時間加温した際に残存する成分の粘度が、コーンプレート型粘度計を用いて測定したときに、20℃で5000mPa・s〜100000mPa・sの範囲内になる様に調質圧延液の成分組成を調製することを特徴とする調質圧延液の調製方法。
