- セラミック基板を準備する基板準備ステップと、
準備されたセラミック基板上に第一融点のガラス粒を配置するガラス粒配置ステップと、
第一融点よりも低い第二融点のガラス粉でガラス粒とガラス粒の隙間を満たすガラス粉配置ステップと、
第二融点以上第一融点以下の温度にてガラス粒とガラス粉が配置されたセラミック基板を焼成するガラス粉焼成ステップと、
焼成後セラミック基板に第二融点よりも低温の焼成温度である低温焼成温度にて焼成可能な蓄光材料含有セラミック原材料粉を配置する蓄光材料含有セラミック原材料配置ステップと、
蓄光材料含有セラミック原材料が配置されたセラミック基板を前記低温焼成温度にて焼成する蓄光材料焼成ステップと、
を有するセラミック構造体の製造方法。 - 前記セラミック基板は凹部を有するセラミック基板であり、
ガラス粉配置ステップは、ガラス粉を前記凹部に配置するガラス粉配置サブステップを含み、
蓄光材料含有セラミック原材料配置ステップは、
焼成後セラミック基板の凹部を取り囲む領域に前記蓄光材料含有セラミック原材料粉を配置する蓄光材料含有セラミック原材料配置サブステップを含む、
請求項1に記載のセラミック構造体の製造方法。 - 凹部を取り囲む領域に配置された蓄光材料含有セラミックの蓄光材料が発光することで、
凹部に配置されたガラス粒に対してその発光による光線が入射し、ガラス粒が発光する、
請求項2に記載のセラミック構造体の製造方法。
