Description
Claims (16)
- 経糸コードのそれぞれがゴムコンパウンドの層で被覆されている、隣接する経糸コードの側面間に間隔dを有する複数の経糸コードと、
所定本数の前記経糸コード群を分離するカットラインであって、2〜6本の隣接するカットライン経糸コードによって形成される前記カットラインと、
を含み、隣接するカットライン経糸コードの任意の2本の側面間の距離dcがdの50%以下であり、ゴムコンパウンドの前記層がゴム被覆織布の表面に前記カットラインを輪郭付けするのに十分薄い、
ゴム被覆織布。 - 前記織布の経糸密度がデシメートル当たり60〜160経糸コードである、請求項1記載のゴム被覆織布。
- 前記経糸密度がデシメートル当たり75〜120経糸コードである、請求項2記載のゴム被覆織布。
- 前記織布の緯糸密度がデシメートル当たり3緯糸コード〜デシメートル当たり10緯糸コードである、請求項1記載のゴム被覆織布。
- 前記緯糸密度がデシメートル当たり4〜8緯糸コードである、請求項4記載のゴム被覆織布。
- dcがdの25%以下である、請求項1記載のゴム被覆織布。
- 前記カットラインが2〜4本のカットライン経糸コードによって形成される、請求項1記載のゴム被覆織布。
- 前記織布が合成コード、天然コード又はそれらの組合せから形成される、請求項1記載のゴム被覆織布。
- 前記合成コードがポリエステルコード、ナイロンコード、アラミドコード、ポリエチレンナフタレートコード、ポリエチレンテレフタレートコード又はそれらの組合せである、請求項8記載のゴム被覆織布。
- 前記天然コードが綿コード、レーヨンコード又はそれらの組合せである、請求項8記載のゴム被覆織布。
- 空気タイヤ用のキャッププライ材料を製造する方法であって、
織物織機筬において経糸コード群を準備することであって、各群が、隣接する経糸コード間の間隔dにおいてデシメートル当たり60〜160経糸コードの選択された経糸密度で、所定本数の経糸コードを有するステップと、
前記筬準備において、前記選択された経糸密度で経糸コードを除去することにより前記経糸コード群間に間隙を形成するステップと、
前記織物織機筬において隣接するカットライン経糸コードをグループ化することであって、前記カットライン経糸コードは前記間隙の側面を画定するステップと、
デシメートル当たり3〜10緯糸コードの緯糸密度を有する前記布を製織することと、
設定温度及び設定張力で化学浴を用いて前記織布を処理するステップと、
前記群の間の間隙を閉じるステップであって、隣接カットライン経糸コードの任意の2本の側面間の距離d c が、dの50%以下であるように、前記処理段階の間に前記設定温度で前記設定張力を適用することにより前記群間の前記間隙を閉じるステップと、
ゴムコンパウンドの層で前記織布を被覆することであって、ゴムコンパウンドの前記層は前記カットライン経糸コードにより前記ゴム被覆織布の表面に形成されたカットラインを画定するのに十分薄いステップと、
を上記の順序で行う、方法。 - 前記化学浴がレソルシノールホルムアルデヒドラテックスである、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記設定張力が445daN〜3000daNである、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記設定温度が125℃〜300℃である、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記織布にトッピングする前記ゴムコンパウンドの厚さが0.2mm〜0.5mmである、請求項11記載の方法。
- 更に、
前記カットラインを用いて刃を位置合わせするステップと、
前記カットラインに沿って前記キャッププライ布を裁断するステップと、
形成されたそれぞれの区分中に前記所定本数の経糸コードを有する、前記キャッププライ布の区分を形成するステップと、
を含む、請求項11記載の方法。
