Description
「ペン型注射器」は典型的には、あらゆる種類の、矩形あるいは細長い形で、筆記用のペンにいくらか似た形状の注射器である。通常そのようなペン型注射器は、管状の断面を有するが、三角形や長方形、あるいは正方形、さらにはこれらの形状に類似の形など、様々な断面を持ち得る。「注射器」という用語の代わりに、「薬剤投与装置」やもっと簡単に「注射装置」といった用語も時に同じものを指して用いられる。広義では、液体を人体の皮下に、あるいは人体の皮下から移すために用いることができるあらゆる種類の装置を指して用いられる。
Claims (8)
- 薬液を投与するための医薬品投与装置で、投与される薬液を保持するカートリッジ(10)を備えた医薬品投与装置であって、前記カートリッジ(10)は、前記薬液を保持する容積可変空間(14)を形成する内壁で、互いに接続された先端部(11)と基端部(13)を有し、前記先端部(13)は被膜(12)によって塞がれ、前記基端部(13)は、前壁(16)と後壁(17)を有する移動可能なピストン(15)で塞がれ、前記ピストン(15)は、ピストンロッド(20)によって前記カートリッジ(10)の前記先端部(11)に向かって移動させることが可能であり、その移動によって、前記被膜(12)と前記ピストン(15)の間の容積可変空間(18)の容積を減少させる医薬品投与装置において、
前記ピストンロッド(20)と前記ピストン(15)の間に設けられたピストンロッドフット(1)が、前記ピストンロッド(20)と当接する前記中央部品(2)と外側部品(3)とを備え、前記中央部品(2)と前記外側部品(3)とが分離可能に結合されていて、前記ピストンロッドフット(1)の前記外側部品(3)が、薬液の凍結に際して、前記中央部品(2)に対して軸方向の基端側に移動する、医薬品投与装置。 - 前記中央部品(2)と前記外側部品(3)が破断可能に結合されている、請求項1に記載の医薬品投与装置。
- ある閾値限界を超える力が前記外側部品(3)にかかると、前記中央部品(2)と前記外側部品(3)が分離する、請求項1または2に記載の医薬品投与装置。
- 前記ピストンロッドフット(1)の前記中央部品(2)と前記外側部品(3)とに、異なる色がつけられている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の医薬品投与装置。
- 前記外側部品(3)が前記中央部品(2)よりも基端側に位置していることにより、薬液がかつて凍結されたことが示される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の医薬品投与装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の医薬品投与装置に用いられるピストンロッドフットであって、互いに分離可能に結合された中央部品(2)と外側部品(3)からなるピストンロッドフット(1)。
- 前記中央部品(2)及び/又は前記外側部品(3)に複数の突起(8)が設けられ、前記突起(8)が、前記中央部品(2)及び/又は前記外側部品(3)に設けられた、対応する窪み(9)に嵌合する、請求項6に記載のピストンロッドフット。
- 前記中央部品(2)又は前記外側部品(3)に縁部(18)が設けられ、前記縁部(18)は、前記中央部品(2)又は外側部品(3)の他方に設けられた軌道部(19)に嵌合する、請求項6に記載のピストンロッドフット。
