Description
一般に、サポートリング10の内径側とシールフィン9aとの間、及び初段内周エンドウォール14aの内径側とシールフィン8aとの間には、シール間隙が存在する。これらのシール間隙は、ガスタービンの運転状態に応じて縮小又は拡大するものであるため、シールフィン8a,9aと静止体とが運転中に接触して損傷することのない間隙に設定されている。このシール間隙の大きさに応じて、圧縮機102からの冷却空気供給量が設定されている。また、シール間隙の変動は、温度変化によるケーシング19の熱膨張量とロータ5の熱膨張量の差により生じる。素材が同じ物体において、温度変化が同じ場合、熱膨張量は、比較する物体の長さに比例する。ガスタービンは軸方向に長い構造であるため、軸方向のシール間隙の変動幅が、径方向のシール間隙の変動幅より大きい。このため、径方向の設定シール間隙を軸方向のシール間隙より小さく設計している。

Claims (2)
- ロータを形成するディスクホイールと、前記ディスクホイールの外周に装着されたシャンク及び動翼プロファイル部で形成される動翼と、静翼プロファイル部と前記静翼プロファイル部の内周側に設けた内周エンドウォールとで形成される静翼と、前記静翼の前記内周エンドウォールの内径面に対向するように前記動翼のシャンクに設けられたシールフィンとを備えたガスタービンにおいて、
前記シールフィンと対向する、燃焼器からの高温高圧の燃焼ガスが導かれる初段静翼を支持するサポートリングの内径面の部位と、前記初段静翼の前記内周エンドウォールの内径面の部位にセラミックス製のアブレイダブルコーティングを施工した
ことを特徴とするガスタービン。 - 請求項1に記載のガスタービンにおいて、
前記内周エンドウォールの内径面と前記シールフィンとにより構成するシール装置は、前記セラミックス製のアブレイダブルコーティングの施工の厚さ分だけ径方向のシール間隙を縮小する
ことを特徴とするガスタービン。
