Claims (5)
- 一端の液体吸い込み口から他端の気液混合体の放出口に至る流路の内周面に、流路方向に向って旋回する螺旋状溝を有し、この流路の中間部分に、軸中心部に気体を吹き込み前記流路方向に沿う軸流を発生させる第1の気体噴出口、及び前記螺旋状溝に気体を吹き込み、旋回流を発生させる第2の気体噴出口を設けた気液混合循環流発生装置と、
この気液混合循環流発生装置が設けられる排水槽外に設置され、前記第1及び第2の気体噴出口へ管路を通じて空気を供給する空気供給装置とを備え、
前記気液混合循環流発生装置を、前記液体吸い込み口が下向きで前記気液混合体の放出口が上向きとなる状態で、前記排水槽の底部に、1〜3m四方の平面面積範囲あたりに1台の割合で設け、
前記空気供給装置から前記第1及び第2の気体噴出口へ供給する空気量は、0.3m3/時/m3〜0.31m 3/時/m3の範囲の曝気強度を有する
ことを特徴とする臭気抑制システム。 - 前記螺旋状溝は、溝巾が2mm〜5mmで、前記流路内周に1条〜5条設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の臭気抑制システム。
- 前記第1の気体噴出口は、前記流路の中心軸に対して90度±10度の角度で複数個設けられ、また前記第2の気体噴出口は前記螺旋状溝に向かって、且つ前記第1の気体噴出口から離間した部分に複数個設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の臭気抑制システム。
- 前記第1及び第2の気体噴出口は、互いに異なる2つのエアー室に分離されて設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の臭気抑制システム。
- 前記気液混合循環流発生装置は、前記排水槽の底部に移動可能に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の臭気抑制システム。
