Claims (8)
- 円錐状金属部材の内側には、前記円錐状金属部材の内側形状に合わせたパンチを取り付け、前記円錐状金属部材の外側には、前記円錐状金属部材の外側形状に合わせた金型を取り付けた後、前記パンチと金型を介して前記円錐状金属部材に圧縮とねじりを加えて得られたせん断ひずみを通じて、前記円錐状金属部材の微細組織を超微細結晶粒化またはナノ結晶粒化し、
前記パンチの頂点はラウンド形状であり、
前記パンチの頂点曲率は、前記円錐状金属部材の頂点曲率よりも大きく、
前記金型の内側の頂点曲率と前記パンチの頂点曲率とが同一であり、
前記円錐状金属部材の頂点部はクローズされていることを特徴とする円錐状金属部材のねじり強ひずみ加工法。 - 前記せん断ひずみは、前記パンチを金型に対して加圧した後、前記パンチを回転させる方法で得られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円錐状金属部材のねじり強ひずみ加工法。
- 前記せん断ひずみの量は、前記パンチの圧縮力または回転させる回数の調節を通じて制御されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の円錐状金属部材のねじり強ひずみ加工法。
- 前記円錐状金属部材の中心部に大きな圧縮力を加えて、前記円錐状金属部材の中心部の微細構造を超微細結晶粒化またはナノ結晶粒化することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の円錐状金属部材のねじり強ひずみ加工法。
- 前記強ひずみ加工法の工程前後の円錐状金属部材の形状が、厚さを除いては実質的に同一であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の円錐状金属部材のねじり強ひずみ加工法。
- 前記金型には発熱体が具備されており、工程温度の制御が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の円錐状金属部材のねじり強ひずみ加工法。
- 前記パンチには発熱体が具備されており、工程温度の制御が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の円錐状金属部材のねじり強ひずみ加工法。
- 前記金型が回転可能であり、金型単独で或いはパンチとともに回転が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円錐状金属部材のねじり強ひずみ加工法。
