Claims (25)
- 医療装置であって、
近位端および遠位端を有し、前記近位端と遠位端との間に内部空間を形成し、さらに、フィルターアセンブリと係合する手段を有する第1細長いチューブ状本体部材と、
多孔性膜を含む底面および本体を含むベース部材を有するフィルターアセンブリと、
を備え、
前記本体を含むベース部材は、多孔性膜を円周状に囲むと共に上方へ延びる側壁部を有することで、前記底面および上方へ延びる側壁部によって生体試料を収容する容器が形成され、
前記フィルターアセンブリは、さらに、前記第1細長いチューブ状本体部材の係合手段に離脱可能に装着される構造補強部材を有し、
前記フィルターアセンブリは、フィルターアセンブリ全体が顕微鏡のスライドに搭載可能な切片まで切片可能となるように、パラフィン材料で形成されていることを特徴とする医療装置。 - 前記フィルターアセンブリが第1細長いチューブ状本体部材の遠位端へ離脱可能に係合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- フィルターアセンブリと係合する手段は、第1細長いチューブ状本体部材の遠位端に配置されたプラットフォームを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記構造補強部材によって、前記フィルターアセンブリが前記第1細長いチューブ状本体部材の近位端と遠位端との間に、離脱可能に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記構造補強部材は、第1細長いチューブ状本体部材の表面から延びたシェルフに係合するように形成された突出部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記フィルターアセンブリは、その円周の少なくとも一部に沿って形成された複数のピーク部と谷部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の医療装置。
- 前記多孔性膜は、前記容器の中央部分に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記フィルターアセンブリは、前記ベース部材を囲んで分散された凹部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記フィルターアセンブリは、収集された生体試料の向きを示すしるしを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 第1細長いチューブ状本体部材の少なくとも一部を受けるようにサイズ加工された第2細長いチューブ状本体部材をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 第1細長いチューブ状本体部材は、第1細長いチューブ状本体部材を第2細長いチューブ状本体部材に装着するようにフィルターアセンブリおよび囲いシェルフへ装着されるプラットフォームを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 第1細長いチューブ状本体部材の遠位端に回動可能に連結されたカバーを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 第1細長いチューブ状本体部材の近位端が解放されており、細長いチューブ状部材の近位端での解放状態を閉じるようにサイズ加工されたリッドをさらに有し、前記リッドは、針による開孔を自動的に封止する材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 医療装置であって、
近位端および遠位端を有して前記近位端と遠位端との間に内部空間を形成し、さらに、フィルターアセンブリと係合する手段を有する第1細長いチューブ状本体部材と、
近位端および遠位端を有して前記近位端と遠位端との間に内部空間を形成し、第1細長いチューブ状本体部材を収容するようにサイズ加工されている第2細長いチューブ状本体部材と、
生体試料を収容する容器を形成するように底面と上方へ延びる側壁部とを有すると共に、第1細長いチューブ状本体部材の係合手段へフィルターアセンブリを離脱可能に装着する構造補強部材とを有する単一本体を含むフィルターアセンブリと、
を備え、
前記フィルターアセンブリは、スライドに搭載可能な切片まで切片可能となるように、パラフィン材料で形成されていることを特徴とする医療装置。 - 前記容器は細胞ブロックを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の医療装置。
- 前記フィルターアセンブリは、細胞ブロックを汚染することなく切片可能であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の医療装置。
- 前記構造補強部材は、第1細長いチューブ状本体部材の遠位端に係合する突起部を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の医療装置。
- 前記構造補強部材は、第1細長いチューブ状本体部材に配置されたシェルフに係合することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の医療装置。
- 細胞ブロックを制作するためのフィルターアセンブリであって、
約0.4μm〜約5μmの孔を多数に含む多孔性膜に隣接し上方へ延びる壁部を有する非多孔性ベース部材を含む単一本体を備え、
前記非多孔性ベース部材および多孔性膜によって、生体試料を収集し細胞ブロックに加工するのに適切な容器が形成され、
前記単一本体は、さらに、フィルターアセンブリが離脱可能にチューブ状本体部材に装着されるように、少なくとも1つの構造補強部材を有し、
前記単一本体は、実質上パラフィン材料から形成されることで、細胞ブロックを保持しながら、顕微鏡のスライドに搭載可能な切片までフィルターアセンブリを切片可能にすることを特徴とするフィルターアセンブリ。 - 前記フィルターアセンブリは、外面を有し、この外面は、前記単一本体の外周を囲むように交互に形成されているピーク部と谷部とを有することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- 前記フィルターアセンブリは、ベース部材と多孔性膜とによって形成された容器を収容する圧縮性カバーをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- さらに、容器に配置された細胞ブロックを有することを特徴とする請求項21に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- 前記フィルターアセンブリは、細長いチューブ状本体部材に係合されていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- 係合された細長いチューブ状本体部材およびフィルターアセンブリは、遠心チューブに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- 第1の細長いチューブ状本体部材は、フィルターアセンブリに係合され、さらに、第1の細長いチューブ状本体部材および係合されたフィルターアセンブリは、第2細長いチューブ状本体部材に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の医療装置。
