Description
本出願は、2011年1月24日に出願された米国特許出願第13/012,353号に関し、その利益を主張するものであり、その文献は、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
a. 第1の重質炭化水素供給流動を、有効量の吸着性材料と接触させて、窒素含有化合物、硫黄含有化合物、及びPNA化合物の含有量が低減された吸着剤処理重質炭化水素流動を生産するステップ、
b. 第2の重質炭化水素供給流動を、吸着剤処理重質炭化水素流動と混合するステップ、
c. 混合流動及び有効量の水素を、有効量の水素化分解触媒を含有する水素化分解反応ユニットに導入して、水素化分解された溶出物流動を生産するステップ、
d. 水素化分解された溶出物流動を分留して、水素化分解産物、及びHPNA化合物を含有する残油流動を回収するステップ、
e. 分留装置残油流動を、有効量の吸着性材料と接触させて、重質多環芳香族化合物の含有量が低減された、吸着剤処理分留装置残油流動を生産するステップ、
f. 吸着剤処理分留装置残油流動を、ステップ(b)の混合流動と統合するステップ、及び
g. 混合流動を水素化分解ユニットに導入するステップ。
Claims (15)
- 第1の重質炭化水素供給流動及び第2の重質炭化水素供給流動を処理するための水素化分解プロセスであって、前記第1の重質炭化水素供給流動が、望ましくない窒素含有化合物及び多環芳香族化合物を含有しており、前記プロセスが、
a. 前記第1の重質炭化水素供給流動を、有効量の吸着性材料と接触させて、窒素含有化合物及び多環芳香族化合物の含有量が低減された吸着剤処理重質炭化水素流動を生産すること、
b. 前記第2の重質炭化水素供給流動を、前記吸着剤処理重質炭化水素流動と混合すること、
c. 前記混合流動及び有効量の水素を、有効量の水素化分解触媒を含有する水素化分解反応ユニットに導入して、水素化分解された溶出物流動を生産すること、
d. 前記水素化分解された溶出物流動の残りを分留して、水素化分解産物、及び多環芳香族化合物を含有する残油流動を回収すること、
e. 前記分留装置残油流動を、有効量の吸着性材料と接触させて、重質多環芳香族化合物の含有量が低減された、吸着剤処理分留装置残油流動を生産すること、
f. 前記吸着剤処理分留装置残油流動を、ステップ(b)の混合流動と統合すること、及び
g. 前記混合流動を前記水素化分解ユニットに導入することを含むプロセス。 - 前記水素化分解された溶出物流動からあらゆる過剰水素を除去すること、及びそれを前記水素化分解反応帯に再循環させることを更に含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- ステップ(a)の前記吸着性材料が、ステップ(e)の前記吸着性材料と同じであり、両方とも吸着帯で維持されている、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記分留装置残油及び前記第1の液化炭化水素供給流動が、前記吸着帯の上流で混合される、請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- ステップ(a)の前記吸着性材料が、ステップ(e)の前記吸着性材料と異なっており、離れた吸着帯で維持されている、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1の重質炭化水素供給流動が、脱金属化油、脱瀝油、コーカー軽油、重質サイクル油、及びビスブレーキング油からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第2の重質炭化水素供給流動が、減圧軽油である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記吸着性物質が、前記少なくとも1つの固定床塔に充填されており、ペレット、球体、押出物、又は天然形状の形態であり、サイズが、4メッシュ〜60メッシュの範囲にある、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記吸着性物質が、アタパルガス粘土、アルミナ、シリカゲル、活性炭、新品の触媒、及び再使用の触媒からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- h. 前記分留装置残油及び前記第1の液化炭化水素供給流動を、2つの充填塔のうちの第1の塔に通すこと、
i. 前記分留装置残油及び前記第1の液化炭化水素供給流動を、前記第1の塔から前記第2の塔に移動させ、前記第1の塔を通る通過を中断させること、
j. 窒素含有化合物、多環芳香族化合物、及び重質多環芳香族化合物を、前記第1の塔の前記吸着性材料から脱着及び除去し、それにより前記吸着性材料を再生すること、
k. 前記分留装置残油及び前記第1の液化炭化水素供給流動を、前記第2の塔から前記第1の塔に移動させ、前記第2の塔を通る通過を中断させること、
l. 窒素含有化合物、多環芳香族化合物、及び重質多環芳香族化合物を、前記第2の塔の前記吸着性材料から脱着及び除去し、それにより前記吸着性材料を再生すること、及び
m. ステップ(h)〜(l)を繰り返し、それにより前記分留装置残油及び前記第1の液化炭化水素供給流動のプロセスが連続することを更に含む、請求項4に記載のプロセス。 - h. 前記第1の液化炭化水素供給流動を、2つの充填塔のうちの第1の塔に通すこと、
i. 前記第1の液化炭化水素供給流動を、前記第1の塔から前記第2の塔に移動させ、前記第1の塔を通る通過を中断させること、
j. 窒素含有化合物及び多環芳香族化合物を、前記第1の塔の前記吸着性材料から脱着及び除去し、それにより前記吸着性材料を再生すること、
k. 前記第1の液化炭化水素供給流動を、前記第2の塔から前記第1の塔に移動させ、前記第2の塔を通る通過を中断させること、
l. 窒素含有化合物及び多環芳香族化合物を、前記第2の塔の前記吸着性材料から脱着及び除去し、それにより前記吸着性材料を再生すること、及び
m. ステップ(h)〜(l)を繰り返し、それにより前記第1の液化炭化水素供給流動のプロセスが連続することを更に含む、請求項5に記載のプロセス。 - h. 前記分留装置残油を、2つの充填塔のうちの第1の塔に通すこと、
i. 前記分留装置残油を、前記第1の塔から前記第2の塔に移動させ、前記第1の塔を通る通過を中断させること、
j. 重質多環芳香族化合物を、前記第1の塔の前記吸着性材料から脱着及び除去し、それにより前記吸着性材料を再生すること、
k. 前記分留装置残油を、前記第2の塔から前記第1の塔に移動させ、前記第2の塔を通る通過を中断させること、
l. 重質多環芳香族化合物を、前記第2の塔の前記吸着性材料から脱着及び除去し、それにより前記吸着性材料を再生すること、及び
m. ステップ(h)〜(l)を繰り返し、それにより前記分留装置残油のプロセスが連続することを更に含む、請求項5に記載のプロセス。 - 更に、前記第1の重質炭化水素供給流動が、ステップ(a)での接触前に、溶媒と混合される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 更に、前記分留装置残油流動が、ステップ(a)での接触前に、溶媒と混合される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 更に、前記混合された分留装置残油及び前記第1の液化炭化水素供給流動が、吸着性材料との接触前に、溶媒と混合される、請求項4に記載のプロセス。
