Claims (9)
- 軸方向(X)、半径方向(R)、および方位方向(Y)を有するターボ機械用の環状燃焼室(10、110、210)にして、第1の環状壁(12)と第2の環状壁(14)とを備え、各環状壁は、燃焼室(10、110、210)の筐体の少なくとも一部位を画定する燃焼室(10、110、210)であって、第1の環状壁(12)と第2の環状壁(14)は方位係合によって協働する相補型組立手段(12b、14b)を有すること、および相補型組立手段は、第1の環状壁(12)から第1の方向の方位に延在する複数の第1の舌部(12b)と、第2の環状壁(14)から第1の方向と反対の第2の方向の方位に延在する複数の第2の舌部(14b)とを備え、第1の舌部(12b)と第2の舌部(14b)は方位係合によって協働することを特徴とする、環状燃焼室(10、110、210)。
- 第1の環状壁(12)が半径方向に延在する第1の環状フランジ(12a)を有し、第2の環状壁(14)は半径方向に延在する第2の環状フランジ(14a)を有し、第1のフランジ(12a)と第2のフランジ(14b)は互いに対して軸方向に支えあうことによって協働する、請求項1に記載の環状燃焼室(10、110、210)。
- 第1の舌部(12b)が第1の環状フランジ(12a)内に形成され、第2の舌部(14b)は第2の環状フランジ(14a)内に形成される、請求項2に記載の環状燃焼室(10、110、210)。
- 第2の環状壁(14)の第1の環状壁(12)に対する回転を阻止する阻止手段(12c、14c、22;112、114;212、214)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の環状燃焼室(10、110、210)。
- 阻止手段が、第1の環状壁(12)に固定された少なくとも1つの第1の突起部(112)と、第2の環状壁(14)に固定された少なくとも1つの第2の突起部(114)とを備え、相補型組立手段同士は第1の方向に係合によって方位に協働し、第1の突起部(112)と第2の突起部(114)は、第1の方向には弾性係合によって方位に協働し、第1の方向と反対の第2の方向にはそれらは当接して方位に協働する、請求項4に記載の環状燃焼室(110)。
- 阻止手段が、第1の環状フランジ(12a)と第2の環状フランジ(14a)から選択された一方のフランジ内に形成された、第1の環状フランジ(12a)と第2の環状フランジ(14a)から選択された他方のフランジ内に形成された隙間(214)内に係合される少なくとも1つの折畳み式羽根(212)を備える、請求項2および4に記載の環状燃焼室(210)。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の環状燃焼室(10、110、210)を含むターボ機械(300)。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の環状燃焼室(10、110、210)を組み立てるための組立方法であって、
対面する第1の環状壁(12)および第2の環状壁(14)の相補型組立手段(12b、14b)を提供するステップと、
第2の環状壁(14)を第1の環状壁(12)に対して回すことによって相補型組立手段(12b、14b)同士を方位に係合するステップと
を特徴とする、組立方法。 - 第2の環状壁(14)の、第1の環状壁(12)に対する回転を阻止する阻止手段(12c、14c、22;112、114;212、214)を備え、前記方法が、第2の環状壁(14)が第1の環状壁(12)に対して回るのを阻止するステップをさらに備える、環状燃焼室(10、110、210)を組み立てるための、請求項8に記載の組立方法。
