Description
Claims (11)
- 容器の製造方法であって、
−略筒状をなし、キャビティ(102)と連通する開口端(101)を備えるプリフォーム(100)を準備するステップと、
−前記プリフォーム(100)の前記開口端(101)が容器(300)を実質的に画定する形状を有する金型(103)から突出するように前記金型(103)内に前記プリフォーム(100)を位置決めするステップと、
−前記プリフォーム(100)の前記開口端(101)と密封流体連通して配設され、さらに前記プリフォーム(100)の前記キャビティ(102)内に所定量の液体(130)を射出するように構成した射出手段(112、118、119、123、125)を設けるステップと、
−前記射出手段(112、118、119、123、125)を構成する射出ピストン(125)を前進させることで前記プリフォーム(100)の前記キャビティ(102)内に前記所定量の液体(130)を射出することにより前記キャビティ(102)内の圧力を増加して前記プリフォーム(100)に前記金型(103)の形状への変形を生じさせて容器(300)を形成する、射出するステップと、
−前記射出手段(112、118、119、123、125)と前記開口端(101)との間の前記密封流体連通を維持しつつ、前記容器(300)内が大気圧になるまで前記射出ピストン(125)を後退させることで前記容器(300)内の圧力を大気圧まで減圧するステップと、
を含む、容器の製造方法。 - 前記プリフォーム(100)を位置決めするステップの後に、前記プリフォーム(100)を長手軸(129)に沿って延伸するステップを含むことをさらに特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 射出するステップ中に前記キャビティ(102)内で発生した圧力は15〜50バールの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 射出するステップ中に前記キャビティ(102)内で発生した圧力は30〜40バールの間であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 減圧するステップ中に、前記容器(300)内の圧力を圧力センサ(122)でモニターすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 減圧するステップ中に、前記容器(300)内の圧力を0.1〜2秒間以内に大気圧まで減少させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 減圧するステップの後に、液体(130)を収容した容器(300)を閉止する閉止ステップを含むことをさらに特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 容器(300)の製造装置であって、
−金型(103)と、
−射出手段(112、118、119、123、125)と、を備え、
前記金型(103)の形状は、容器(300)を実質的に画定するものであり、さらに、キャビティ(102)と連通する開口端(103)を設けた略筒状のプリフォーム(100)を受け入れるように構成され、前記プリフォーム(100)の前記開口端(101)は前記金型(103)から突出しており、
前記射出手段(112、118、119、123、125)を、前記プリフォーム(100)の前記開口端(101)と密封流体連通して配設した装置において、
前記射出手段(112、118、119、123、125)は、前記プリフォーム(100)の前記キャビティ(102)内に所定量の液体(130)を射出するように前進可能であり、当該前進によって前記キャビティ(102)内の圧力を増加して前記プリフォーム(100)に前記金型(103)の形状への変形を生じさせて容器(300)を形成する一方、当該前進に続いて、前記射出手段(112、118、119、123、125)と前記開口端(101)との間の前記密封流体連通を維持しつつ後退可能であり、当該後退によって前記容器(300)内の圧力を大気圧まで減少する、射出ピストン(125)を有することを特徴とする、製造装置。 - 延伸手段(128)を備え、前記延伸手段(128)は長手軸(129)に沿って前記プリフォーム(100)を延伸するように構成したことをさらに特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記射出ピストン(125)は、シリンダ(123)内に配設され、前記シリンダ(123)は、前記プリフォーム(100)の前記キャビティ(102)と流体連通していることをさらに特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の装置。
- 前記射出手段(112、118、119、123、125)は、さらに、弁(124)を設けたノズル(112)を備え、前記弁(124)は、前記プリフォーム(100)の前記キャビティ(102)との流体連通を選択的に閉塞または開放するように構成したことを特徴とする、請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の装置。
