Description
Claims (21)
- 光を発する光源(108)と、その光を発する光源(108)に電流を伝導させる手段と、ケーシング部(106)とを備える照明ストライプであって、
前記光源(108)及び/又は前記光源(108)に電流を伝導させる手段は少なくとも部分的に前記ケーシング部(106)によって包囲され、
前記ケーシング部(106)の少なくとも一部は、伝熱物質の伝熱材料の粒子を含む第1の物質(204)を含み、
前記第1の物質(204)は、前記光源及び/又は他の構成要素からの熱を移し、
前記ケーシング部(106)の少なくとも一部は、蓄光物質である第2の物質(202)を含み、
前記第2の物質(202)は、前記光源が動作しなくなった後に、少なくとも一定の時間にわたって光を放射し、
前記光源(108)によって放射された光の少なくとも一部が前記ケーシング部(106)に向けられ前記蓄光物質を照明するように、前記光源(108)及び前記蓄光物質は前記照明ストライプ(100)に関連して配置され、
前記ケーシング部(106)は連続作成プロセスを利用することによって形成されることを特徴とする照明ストライプ。 - 請求項1に記載の照明ストライプであって、前記ケーシング部(106)の少なくとも一部は、前記第1の物質及び/又は前記第2の物質を含まない第3の物質を含む照明ストライプ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の照明ストライプであって、前記蓄光物質は蓄光材料の粒子を含む照明ストライプ。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の照明ストライプであって、前記粒子は前記ケーシング部(106)内で均等に配置される照明ストライプ。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の照明ストライプであって、前記粒子は前記ケーシング部(106)の或る特定の部分に配置される照明ストライプ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の照明ストライプであって、前記光源(108)は回路基板(102)に接続される照明ストライプ。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の照明ストライプであって、前記光源(108)は連続して、及び/又は隣接して配置される照明ストライプ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の照明ストライプであって、前記光源(108)は半導体光源である照明ストライプ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の照明ストライプであって、前記光源(108)はLED光源である照明ストライプ。
- 請求項6に記載の照明ストライプであって、前記回路基板(102)は弾性である照明ストライプ。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の照明ストライプであって、前記照明ストライプ(100)の前記ケーシング部(106)は耐水性である照明ストライプ。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の照明ストライプであって、前記ケーシング部(106)内の前記伝熱物質は、前記光源(108)の少なくとも一部の下に配置される照明ストライプ。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の照明ストライプであって、前記ケーシング部(106)内の前記蓄光物質は、前記光源(108)の少なくとも一部の周囲に配置される照明ストライプ。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の照明ストライプであって、前記伝熱物質は、炭素、酸化アルミニウム又はセラミックを含有する粒子を含む照明ストライプ。
- 少なくとも1つの照明ストライプ及び少なくとも1つの制御ユニットを備える照明ストライプシステムであって、
前記照明ストライプは請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の照明ストライプ(100)であり、
前記制御ユニットは、前記照明ストライプの前記光源を、所定の態様で点灯及び消灯させることによって制御するように構成されることを特徴とする照明ストライプシステム。 - 請求項15に記載の照明ストライプシステムであって、前記制御ユニットは、1つの照明ストライプ(100)の前記光源を所定の態様で1つずつ点灯及び消灯させるように構成される照明ストライプシステム。
- 請求項15又は16に記載の照明ストライプシステムであって、前記照明ストライプ(100)に無線で又は有線によって制御情報が送信される照明ストライプシステム。
- 請求項15から17のいずれか一項に記載の照明ストライプシステムであって、前記照明ストライプシステムは、交通管制システム、非常口制御システム、避難システム又は火災警報システムによって制御される照明ストライプシステム。
- 照明ストライプの作製方法であって、
前記照明ストライプは、電流を伝導させる手段であって、幾つかの発光光源(108)が長手方向において順次に取り付けられる、電流を伝導させる手段と、ケーシング部(106)とを備え、
前記照明ストライプは、連続作製プロセスを利用することによって、断面において見たときに、前記ケーシング部(106)を形成するケーシング材料によって全体的に包囲されるように、前記光源(108)及び前記光源(108)に電流を伝導させる手段が配置され、
動的な使用を可能にする前記光源(108)は、表面処理技法によって、前記光源(108)に電流を伝導させる手段に取り付けられ、
前記光源(108)に電流を伝導させる前記手段は、導電素子の全長にわたって基本的に途切れることなく延在し、前記照明ストライプの全体が、PVC、ポリウレタン、オレフィンのようなプラスチックに基づくケーシング材料によって包囲され、
第1の物質(204)が少なくとも前記ケーシング材料の一部に付加され、
前記第1の物質(204)は伝熱材料の粒子を含む伝熱物質であり、前記伝熱物質は前記光源及び/又は他の構成要素からの熱を移すように配置され、
第2の物質(202)が少なくとも前記ケーシング材料の一部に付加され、
前記第2の物質(202)は蓄光物質であり、前記光源(108)によって放射された光の少なくとも一部が前記ケーシング部(106)に向けられ前記蓄光物質を照明するように、前記光源(108)及び前記蓄光物質は前記照明ストライプ(100)に関連して配置されることによって作製される、照明ストライプの作製方法。 - 請求項19に記載の照明ストライプの作製方法であって、第3の物質が少なくとも、第1の物質及び/又は第2の物質を含まない前記ケーシング材料の部分に付加され、前記第3の物質は第1の物質及び/又は第2の物質を含まない作製方法。
- 請求項19又は20に記載の照明ストライプの作製方法であって、前記ケーシング部(106)は少なくとも2つの異なる材料を押出し成形することによって形成され、前記材料のうちの一方は第1の物質(204)を含み、他方の材料は第2の物質(202)を含む作製方法。
