Claims (12)
- 複合繊維から作製される中空部材を製造する方法であって、
前記方法は、
・製造すべき前記中空部材の第1の形状部分に相当する、第1の金型部品(110)の第1の金型表面に、第1の複合繊維層(101)を配置する、第1の複合繊維層配置ステップと、
・製造すべき前記中空部材の第2の形状部分に相当する、第2の金型部品(120)の第2の金型表面に、第2の複合繊維層(102)を配置する、第2の複合繊維層配置ステップと、
・前記第1の複合繊維層(101)上に、収縮された状態の袋体(201)を配置する袋体配置ステップと、
・前記袋体(201)と前記第1の複合繊維層(101)とを前記第1の金型表面に固定する、固定ステップと、
・前記第1の金型表面と前記第2の金型表面とが前記製造すべき中空部材の形状になるように、前記第1の金型部品(110)を前記第2の金型部品(120)に結合させる、結合ステップと、
・前記第1の複合繊維層(101)が前記第1の金型表面に押し付けられ、かつ前記第2の複合繊維層(102)が前記第2の金型表面に押し付けられ、該第1の複合繊維層(101)と該第2の複合繊維層(102)とが結合されて前記製造すべき中空部材の形状を成すように前記袋体(201)を膨張させる、膨張ステップと
を有し、
前記袋体(201)と前記第1の複合繊維層(101)とを前記第1の金型表面に固定する、前記固定ステップでは、前記袋体(201)と前記第1の複合繊維層(101)とが減圧によって前記第1の金型表面に固定されるように該袋体(201)と前記第1の金型表面との間の空気を吸出する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1の複合繊維層(101)は前記第1の金型表面より大きく、該第1の金型表面の縁辺(104)からはみ出る余剰部分(103)を成す、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1の金型部品(110)と前記第2の金型部品(120)との結合ステップは、
・前記余剰部分(103)が、前記第2の金型部品(120)内の前記第2の複合繊維層(102)に部分的に重なるように、前記第1の金型部品(110)を前記第2の金型部品(120)に整合させる整合ステップ
を有する、請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記整合ステップでは、
・前記余剰部分(103)が重力によって所定の位置に整合されるように前記第1の金型部品(110)を配置し、
・前記余剰部分(103)が前記所定の位置にきたときに該余剰部分(103)が、前記第2の金型部品(120)内の前記第2の複合繊維層(102)に部分的に重なるように、前記第1の金型部品(110)と該第2の金型部品(120)とを組み合わせる、請求項3記載の方法。 - 前記袋体(201)の膨張ステップでは、
・前記余剰部分(103)が、前記第2の金型部品(120)内の前記第2の複合繊維層(102)に部分的に重なるように、前記袋体(201)を膨張させることによって該余剰部分(103)を持ち上げる、請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記第2の複合繊維層(102)は前記第2の金型表面より大きく、該第2の金型表面の縁辺(104)からはみ出る別の余剰部分(103)を成し、
前記第1の金型部品(110)と前記第2の金型部品(120)との結合ステップは、
・前記別の余剰部分(103)が部分的に、前記第1の金型部品(110)内の前記第1の複合繊維層(101)に重なるように、前記第1の金型部品(110)を前記第2の金型部品(120)に整合させるステップ
を更に有する、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記第1の金型部品(110)と前記第2の金型部品(120)との結合ステップの前に、
・前記第1の金型部品(110)と前記第2の金型部品(120)とが結合されたときにウェブ(105)が前記第1の複合繊維層(101)および前記第2の複合繊維層(102)に結合されて、製造される前記中空部材が補強されるように、該ウェブ(105)を前記第1の複合繊維層(101)または別の第1の複合繊維層(101)に取り付けるステップ
を更に有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記第1の金型部品(110)と前記第2の金型部品(120)との結合ステップの前に、
・前記第1の金型部品(110)と前記第2の金型部品(120)とが結合されたときにウェブ(105)と別のウェブ(106)とが結合されて、製造すべき前記中空部材が補強されるように、該ウェブ(105)を該第1の複合繊維層(101)に取り付け、該別のウェブ(106)を該第2の複合繊維層(102)に取り付けるステップ
を更に有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記袋体(201)の膨張ステップは、
・前記袋体(201)が前記第1の複合繊維層(101)を前記第1の金型表面に押し付け、かつ前記第2の複合繊維層(102)を前記第2の金型表面に押し付けるように、
a)該袋体(201)と前記第1の金型表面との間の空気と、
b)該袋体(201)と前記第2の金型表面との間の空気と
を吸出する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記袋体(201)の膨張ステップは、
・前記袋体(201)が前記第1の複合繊維層(101)を前記第1の金型表面に押し付け、かつ前記第2の複合繊維層(102)を前記第2の金型表面に押し付けるように、加圧された空気を該袋体(201)内に送り込む、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記中空部材が、風力タービン用の中空ブレードである、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ・第1の金型部品(110)と、
・第2の金型部品(120)と、
・袋体(201)と
を有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実施するための成形システム。
