Description
本願は、2013年5月10日に日本に出願された特願2013−100529号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態におけるユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン100の全体構成を示す図である。本実施形態のユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン100は、例えば、船舶等に用いられる。具体的に、ユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン100は、シリンダ110(シリンダヘッド110a、シリンダブロック110b)と、ピストン112と、支持部114と、パイロット噴射弁116と、排気ポート118と、排気弁駆動装置120と、排気弁122と、掃気ポート124と、掃気室126と、燃料噴射部128と、ロータリエンコーダ130と、燃焼室140と、を含んで構成され、ガバナー(調速機)150、燃料噴射制御部152、排気制御部154等の制御部によって制御される。
そして、掃気ポート124は、ピストン112の摺動動作に応じてシリンダ110内に活性ガスを吸入する。かかる活性ガスは、酸素、オゾン等の酸化剤、または、その混合気(例えば空気)を含む。掃気室126には、不図示の過給機のコンプレッサによって加圧された活性ガス(例えば空気)が封入されており、掃気室126とシリンダ110内の差圧をもって掃気ポート124から活性ガスが吸入される。掃気室126の圧力は、ほぼ一定とすることができるが、掃気室126の圧力が変化する場合には、掃気ポート124に圧力計を設け、その計測値に応じて燃料ガスの噴射量等、他のパラメータを制御してもよい。
そして、混合室において、燃料配管からの燃料ガスおよび活性配管からの活性ガスが混合され予混合気が生成される。ここで、燃料ガスは、LNGに限らず、例えば、LPG(液化石油ガス)、軽油、重油等をガス化したものを適用することもできる。
続いて、本発明の第2の実施形態における燃料噴射部228およびその支持構造について説明する。第2の実施形態では、上記第1の実施形態と燃料噴射部228およびその支持構造のみが異なるので、ここでは上記第1の実施形態と同じ構成については説明を省略し、構成が異なる燃料噴射部228およびその支持構造についてのみ説明する。

Claims (3)
- 内部に燃焼室が形成されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内を摺動するピストンと、
前記シリンダにおける前記ピストンのストローク方向の一方の端部側に設けられ、前記ピストンの摺動動作に応じて前記燃焼室に活性ガスを吸入する掃気ポートと、
噴射口が前記シリンダの外側に位置し、前記掃気ポートに吸入される活性ガスに燃料ガスを噴射する燃料噴射部と、を備え、
前記燃焼噴射部は、
前記シリンダの外周面に環状に設けられ、前記掃気ポートを挟む状態で対向配置された一対の混合管と、
当該一対の混合管に差し渡すように、かつ、複数の前記掃気ポート間の隔壁に対向する位置に設けられた複数の流通管とを備え、
前記噴射口は、複数の前記流通管に設けられるユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン。 - 複数の前記流通管は、前記シリンダの周方向において一対の前記混合管に対して交互に連通する請求項1に記載のユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン。
- 前記噴射口は、複数の前記流通管において前記シリンダの周方向に開口する請求項1または2に記載のユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン。
