Claims (11)
- 主血管と前記主血管から延びる少なくとも一つの分岐血管に沿う疾患を治療するためのデバイスであって:
前記少なくとも一つの分岐血管内に展開配置される、分岐管腔を有する分岐部材;及び
前記主血管内に展開配置される本体;を具備し、前記本体は対向する第1端及び第2端を有し、前記本体は前記第1端及び第2端の間に略長手方向に延びる壁を有し、前記壁は主管腔を画定する内側表面とそれに背中合わせの外側表面を有し、前記壁は該壁の外側表面に対して凹んだ、前記本体の前記第1端及び第2端の間に位置する凹み部分を有し、
前記本体は、前記壁の前記凹み部分に形成された開口を有するとともに、前記分岐管腔が前記主管腔と流体的に連通するように、前記開口を通して前記分岐部材を受け入れており、前記開口は、前記主管腔に平行であって、前記主管腔に沿って延び且つ前記主管腔に平行な副管腔を形成する支持壁を前記壁の前記凹み部分に有する、デバイス。 - 前記副管腔は、前記分岐管腔が前記主管腔と流体的に連通するように、前記副管腔を通して前記分岐部材を受け入れるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記本体が前記壁の前記凹み部分に形成された複数の開口を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 複数の分岐部材を具備し、前記複数の分岐部材の各々が、それぞれ、前記壁の前記複数の開口の一つを通って延びている、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の開口のうちの第1の開口が前記凹み部分の前記本体の前記第1端に最も近い側に沿って配置され、前記複数の開口のうちの第2の開口が前記凹み部分の前記本体の前記第2端に最も近い反対側に沿って配置される、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の開口のうちの第3の開口が前記第2の開口に隣接している、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数の開口の各々が、前記壁の前記凹み部分の前記開口から前記本体の前記第1端及び第2端の一つの方へ延びる副管腔を形成する支持壁を具備し、前記副管腔の各々は、該副管腔を通ってそれぞれ前記複数の分岐部材の一つを、各分岐管腔が前記主管腔と流体的に連通するように、受け入れる、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 流体が前記主管腔を通って第1の方向に流れ、前記複数の開口の一つを通って反対の第2の方向に流れる、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 大動脈と前記大動脈から延びる複数の分岐血管に沿う疾患を治療するためのデバイスであって、前記大動脈に展開配置される本体と、各々が前記大動脈から延びる前記複数の分岐血管の一つに展開配置される複数の分岐部材とを具備しており、
前記本体は対向する第1端及び第2端を有し、前記本体は前記第1端及び第2端の間に略長手方向に延びる壁を有し、前記壁は主管腔を画定する内側表面とそれに背中合わせの外側表面を有し、前記壁は、前記壁の外側表面に対して凹んだ、前記本体の前記第1端及び第2端の間に位置する凹み部分を有し、前記本体は前記壁の前記凹み部分に形成されて前記主管腔に平行な複数の開口を有しており、前記複数の開口の各々は、前記主管腔に沿って延び且つ前記主管腔に平行な複数の副管腔を形成する支持壁を前記壁の前記凹み部分に有しており、
各分岐部材は分岐管腔を有していて、各分岐管腔は、前記主管腔と流体的に連通するように前記複数の開口の一つを通ってそれぞれ延びている、デバイス。 - 前記壁の前記凹み部分は、前記本体の外側の圧力を超える前記主管腔内の圧力に応じて外側に移動するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
