Description
図1は、本実施形態の蓄電池ユニットを有する蓄電池システムの一例を示すブロック図である。
蓄電池ユニット10は、蓄電池モジュールMDLを収容した第1引き出し100と、電流センサ12、漏電センサ14、開閉装置18、19、電池管理装置16、及び直流電源装置24を収容した第2引出し110と、扉10Bと、第1引出し100および第2引出し110が収容される筐体本体10Aを有している。
0≦x<90、90<x<270°、270<x<360[°]の場合をいう。三次元表記の場合は上記角度を立体角を用いて拡張した同様の定義とする。
Claims (6)
- 複数の蓄電池セルを含む組電池と、複数の蓄電池セルの電圧および温度を検出する組電池監視装置と、を備えた複数の蓄電池モジュールと、
前記複数の蓄電池モジュールと通信を行なう電池管理装置と、
前記蓄電池モジュールを収容する第1引出しと、
前記電池管理装置を収容する第2引出しと、
前記第1引出しと前記第2引出しとが挿入される筐体本体と、を備え、
前記第1引出しおよび前記第2引出しは、挿入方向に直交した前記筐体本体の面と対向する面に取り付けられた第1複合コネクタを有し、
前記筐体本体は、前記第1引出しと前記第2引出しとを前記筐体本体に組み付けた際に前記第1複合コネクタと嵌合し、前記組電池監視装置と前記電池管理装置との間の通信線路と、前記組電池を接続する主回路配線路とを接続する第2複合コネクタを有し、
前記第1複合コネクタは、前記組電池の正極と電気的に接続された正極端子と、前記組電池の負極と電気的に接続された負極端子と、前記組電池監視装置と接続された第1コネクタと、を備え、
前記第2複合コネクタは、前記正極端子と接続される正極接続部と、前記負極端子と接続される負極接続部と、前記第1コネクタと接続される第2コネクタと、を備え、
前記筐体本体は、前記第2複合コネクタ間の主回路配線路となる接続バーと、前記第2複合コネクタ間の通信配線路となるケーブルと、を備え、前記接続バーと前記ケーブルとは交差するように配置されている蓄電池ユニット。 - 前記筐体本体は、
前記接続バーと前記ケーブルとが交差する角度x°が、0°<x°<180°、180°<x°<360°の範囲内で交差するように配置されている請求項1に記載の蓄電池ユニット。 - 前記筐体本体は、
前記接続バーと前記ケーブルとが交差する角度x°が、0°≦x°<90°、90°<x°<270°、270°<x°<360°の範囲内で交差するように配置されている請求項1記載の蓄電池ユニット。 - 前記第1コネクタは前記組電池監視装置の出力を分岐する分岐コネクタであって、前記第2コネクタは分岐コネクタのそれぞれに嵌合する複数の通信コネクタを有する請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の蓄電池ユニット。
- 前記ケーブルは嵌合検知線を含み、
前記第1コネクタは、前記嵌合検知線と接続され他よりも短い少なくとも1本の接続ピンを含む複数の接続ピンを備える請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の蓄電池ユニット。 - 前記第2引出しに収納された、前記電池管理装置と外部との通信を制御する関門制御装置と、前記複数の蓄電池モジュールの主回路配線に直列に接続された電流センサと、前記主回路配線路を遮断する開閉装置と、前記複数の組電池の中間にあたる電位部に挿入されたサービスプラグと、をさらに備える請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の蓄電池ユニット。
