Description
[1]センサ挿入装置にセンサを取り付ける。
[2]挿入針の安全機構を解除し、挿入針を移動自在とする。
[3]センサ挿入装置を被測定者の体内の所望位置(挿入位置)に位置決めし、留置部材を被測定者の皮膚上に貼り付ける。
[4]センサ挿入装置を操作して、センサの検出部及び挿入針を被測定者の体内に挿入する。
[5]挿入針をセンサから抜去して、センサ及び留置部材を被測定者の体内(及び皮膚上)に留置する。
[6]センサ挿入装置を被測定者から離間する。
[7]被測定者の皮膚上に露出されているセンサ部分に信号処理器を接続し、該センサと信号処理器をともに留置する。
Claims (9)
- 被測定者の生体情報を測定するセンサ(12)を該被測定者の体内に挿入するセンサ挿入装置(10)であって、
装置本体(16)と、
前記装置本体(16)に設けられ、前記被測定者の体内に穿刺される挿入針(30)とともに前記センサ(12)を保持した保持状態で、前記センサ(12)の検出部(36)及び前記挿入針(30)を、前記被測定者に向けて移動して前記被測定者の体内に挿入する移動機構(18)と、
前記装置本体(16)に着脱可能であり、前記センサ(12)からの生体情報を含む信号を処理する信号処理器(14)と、を備え、
前記装置本体(16)には、前記移動機構(18)の前記保持状態において前記装置本体(16)に前記信号処理器(14)が装着された際に、前記センサ(12)と前記信号処理器(14)の間での信号伝達を可能とする信号伝達部(34)が設けられる
ことを特徴とするセンサ挿入装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載のセンサ挿入装置(10)において、
前記信号処理器(14)を装着した状態における前記センサ(12)の動作状態を判定し、前記センサ(12)に接続する前記信号伝達部(34)を含む回路又は前記センサ(12)自体に異常があった場合に、前記センサ(12)の異常をユーザに知らせる報知部(38)を備える
ことを特徴とするセンサ挿入装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載のセンサ挿入装置(10)において、
前記装置本体(16)は、前記センサ(12)及び前記信号処理器(14)とともに前記被測定者の皮膚上に留置される留置部材(22)を備え、
前記留置部材(22)は、前記信号処理器(14)を装着する信号処理器装着部(100)と、前記信号伝達部(34)の一端を固定し前記信号処理器(14)の装着にともない該信号処理器(14)と前記信号伝達部(34)を電気的に接続する固定接続部(114)と、を備える
ことを特徴とするセンサ挿入装置(10)。 - 請求項3記載のセンサ挿入装置(10)において、
前記保持状態における前記センサ(12)から前記固定接続部(114)までの距離と、前記検出部(36)を前記被測定者の体内に挿入した状態における前記センサ(12)から前記固定接続部(114)までの距離とが略等しく設定される
ことを特徴とするセンサ挿入装置(10)。 - 請求項3記載のセンサ挿入装置(10)において、
前記留置部材(22)は、前記検出部(36)が前記被測定者の体内に挿入される位置の近傍位置に前記信号伝達部(34)を受ける受け部(112)を有する
ことを特徴とするセンサ挿入装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載のセンサ挿入装置(10)において、
前記移動機構(18)は、前記装置本体(16)に収容され、前記被測定者に向かって進出移動することで前記検出部(36)及び前記挿入針(30)を挿入し、前記被測定者から後退移動することで前記挿入針(30)を引き抜く押し子(18)であり、
前記装置本体(16)及び前記押し子(18)には、前記挿入針(30)を前記被測定者から離間させた離間位置で、前記押し子(18)の後退移動を防止する後退移動防止機構(78)が設けられる
ことを特徴とするセンサ挿入装置(10)。 - 請求項6記載のセンサ挿入装置(10)において、
前記装置本体(16)及び前記押し子(18)には、前記離間位置で前記押し子(18)の進出移動を防止する進出移動防止機構(79)が設けられる
ことを特徴とするセンサ挿入装置(10)。 - 請求項7記載のセンサ挿入装置(10)において、
前記進出移動防止機構(79)は、前記押し子(18)に設けられる弾性片(60)の先端部(74a)と、前記装置本体(16)の基端に設けられる係合部(88)と、によって構成され、
前記弾性片(60)の先端部(74a)は、前記離間位置において前記装置本体(16)の基端から露出して、前記係合部(88)に引っ掛かることで前記押し子(18)の進出移動を防止する
ことを特徴とするセンサ挿入装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載のセンサ挿入装置(10)において、
前記移動機構(18)は、前記装置本体(16)に収容され、前記被測定者に向かって進出移動することで前記検出部(36)及び前記挿入針(30)を挿入し、前記被測定者から後退移動することで前記挿入針(30)を引き抜く押し子(18)であり、
前記装置本体(16)及び前記押し子(18)には、前記保持状態で前記装置本体(16)の先端部から所定距離離間した保持位置に前記押し子(18)を保持する保持機構(62)が設けられ、
前記保持機構(62)は、前記押し子(18)に設けられた操作部(50)が操作されることで、前記押し子(18)の進出移動を可能とする
ことを特徴とするセンサ挿入装置(10)。
