Description
Claims (17)
- 電子装置ハウジングと、
前記電子装置ハウジングに結合されたバルブハウジングアセンブリーと、を含んでおり、前記バルブハウジングアセンブリーは、
複数の流体ポートが形成されたバルブボディーと、
前記バルブボディーに結合され、前記バルブボディーの前記流体ポートと位置が揃えられた複数のセンサーポートが形成されたセンサー板と、
前記バルブボディーの前記流体ポートに配置された複数の流体減衰部材と、
前記センサー板の前記センサーポートに配置された複数の流体センサーと、
前記センサー板に結合され、空洞部が形成されたカバーと、
前記カバーの前記空洞部内に配置され、前記流体センサーと電気的に接続された回路基板と、
を含み、
それぞれの前記流体減衰部材は、前記流体センサーへ流体が通過するオリフィスを含んでおり、該オリフィスは、前記流体減衰部材の中心長手軸に対して傾斜角を有するように配置されていることを特徴とするバルブアセンブリー。 - 前記バルブハウジングアセンブリーは、少なくとも4つの流体センサーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリー。
- 前記流体センサーは、前記流体ポート内の流体の圧力を検知するために適していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリー。
- 前記流体減衰部材は、前記流体ポート内に螺合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリー。
- 前記カバーと前記センサー板との間に配置されたシールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリー。
- 第1の軸端部、及び、その反対側に配置される第2の軸端部を有する導管をさらに含んでおり、前記第1の軸端部は、前記カバーに結合され、前記第2の軸端部は、前記電子装置ハウジングに結合されて、前記導管が、前記カバーの前記空洞部から前記電子装置ハウジングへの通路として機能することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリー。
- 前記導管は、ばねによって前記カバーから外方に付勢されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバルブアセンブリー。
- 前記センサー板の幅は、前記バルブボディーの幅以下であり、前記センサー板の長さは、前記バルブボディーの長さ以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリー。
- 前記カバーの幅は、前記バルブボディーの幅以下であり、前記カバーの長さは、前記バルブボディーの長さ以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリー。
- 電子装置ハウジングと、
前記電子装置ハウジングに結合されたバルブハウジングアセンブリーと、を含んでおり、前記バルブハウジングアセンブリーは、
バルブボア、及び、該バルブボアに流体連結された複数の流体ポートが形成されたバルブボディーと、
前記流体ポートに配置された複数の流体減衰部材と、
前記バルブボディーに結合され、前記バルブボディーの前記流体ポートと位置が揃えられた複数のセンサーポートが形成されたセンサー板と、
前記センサー板の前記センサーポートに配置された少なくとも4つの流体センサーと、
前記センサー板に結合され、空洞部が形成されたカバーと、
前記カバーの前記空洞部内に配置され、前記流体センサーと電気的に接続された回路基板と、
を含み、
それぞれの前記流体減衰部材は、前記流体センサーへ流体が通過するオリフィスを含んでおり、該オリフィスは、前記流体減衰部材の中心長手軸に対して傾斜角を有するように配置されていることを特徴とするバルブアセンブリー。 - 前記流体センサーは、前記流体ポート内の流体の圧力を検知するために適していることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバルブアセンブリー。
- 第1の軸端部、及び、その反対側に配置される第2の軸端部を有する導管をさらに含んでおり、前記第1の軸端部は、前記カバーに結合され、前記第2の軸端部は、前記電子装置ハウジングに結合されて、前記導管が、前記カバーの前記空洞部から前記電子装置ハウジングへの通路として機能することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバルブアセンブリー。
- 電子装置ハウジングと、
前記電子装置ハウジングに結合されたバルブハウジングアセンブリーと、を含み、前記バルブハウジングアセンブリーは、
バルブボア、及び、該バルブボアに流体連結された複数の流体ポートが形成され、取付面の反対側に配置されて流体装置と接触させるために適したマニホールド取付面を有するバルブボディーと、
前記バルブボア内に配置されたバルブと、
前記流体ポートに配置され、それぞれが前記流体センサーへ流体が通過するオリフィスを有し、該オリフィスは、中心長手軸に対して傾斜角を有するように配置されている複数の流体減衰部材と、
前記バルブボディーの前記取付面に結合され、前記バルブボディーの前記流体ポートと位置が揃えられた複数のセンサーポートが形成されたセンサー板と、
前記センサー板の前記センサーポートに配置された少なくとも4つの流体センサーと、
前記センサー板に結合され、空洞部が形成されたカバーと、
前記カバーの前記空洞部内に前記バルブボディーの前記取付面と略平行に配置され、前記流体センサーと電気的に接続された回路基板と、を含んでおり、
前記電子装置ハウジングと前記バルブハウジングアセンブリーを接続するとともに、第1の軸端部、及び、その反対側に配置される第2の軸端部を有し、前記第1の軸端部は、前記カバーに結合され、前記第2の軸端部は、前記電子装置ハウジングに結合されて、前記カバーの前記空洞部から前記電子装置ハウジングへの通路として機能する導管をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とするバルブアセンブリー。 - 前記流体センサーは、前記流体ポート内の流体の圧力を検知するために適していることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバルブアセンブリー。
- 前記導管は、ばねによって前記カバーから外方に付勢されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバルブアセンブリー。
- 前記カバーと前記センサー板との間に配置されたシールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバルブアセンブリー。
- 前記シールはガスケットであることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のバルブアセンブリー。
