Description
本発明の利点及び特徴、そしてそれらを果たす方法は、添付される図面と共に詳細に後述されている実施例を参照すれば明確になるだろう。しかし、発明は以下に開示される実施例等に限定されるのではなく、互いに異なる多様な形態に具現されることができ、以下説明でいずれかの部分が他の部分に繋がれているとした時、これは直接的に繋がれている場合のみならず、その中間に他の素子を間に置いて電気的に繋がれている場合をも含む。また、図面で本発明と関係のない部分は、本発明の説明を明確にさせるために略しており、明細書全体を通じて類似な部分に対しては同じ図面符号を付けた。

Claims (11)
- 第1方向に離隔される複数のバッテリセルと、
前記複数のバッテリセルの隣接したバッテリセルの間に具備されるバリアーとを含み、
前記バリアーは、板材及び前記板材から第1方向に延長されて前記隣接したバッテリセルと接しかつ弾性体を含む突出部を有し、
前記突出部は、前記隣接したバッテリセルの第1バッテリセルと接する第1ヘッド部と、前記第1ヘッド部に一端部が接続されて前記板材の開口部を介して延長される連結部材と、前記連結部材の他端部に接続されてかつ前記第1バッテリセルと反対側の第2バッテリセルと接する第2ヘッド部と、を有し、
前記第1ヘッド部は第1物質で形成され、
前記第2ヘッド部は前記第1物質とは異なる第2物質で形成され、
前記第1ヘッド部及び第2ヘッド部は、前記板材の第1面または第2面上に一列に整列されかつ複数の行に設けられるとともに、これら板材の第1面または第2面上にて行を異にして交代に整列されることを特徴とするバッテリモジュール。 - 前記連結部材は、
第1ヘッド部と繋がれる第1連結部材部と前記第2ヘッド部と繋がれる第2連結部材部を含み、
前記第1及び第2連結部材部は、
第1方向に沿う長さを持ち、かつ前記第1及び第2連結部材部の長さは第1方向に前記板材の厚さ以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。 - 前記第1ヘッド部、第2ヘッド部及び連結部材は一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記連結部材の大きさは、前記開口部の大きさに対応するように具備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記第1ヘッド部と前記連結部材は、一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記第1ヘッド部は、
前記連結部材と繋がれる第1終端と、前記連結部材から離隔される第2終端とを含み、
前記第1終端での第1ヘッド部の直径は、前記開口部の直径より大きく、前記第2終端での第1ヘッド部の直径は前記開口部の直径に対応するように具備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。 - 前記連結部材は、スプリングを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記開口部は、
互いに離隔される複数の列に整列される複数の開口部を含み、
前記突出部は、
前記複数の開口部のそれぞれを介して延長される複数の突出部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。 - 前記弾性体は、
ラバー(Rubber)、シリコン及びポリスチレンのうち、少なくともいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。 - 前記弾性体は、
硬度が30Hsないし100Hsであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。 - 前記バッテリモジュールは、前記複数のバッテリセルとバリアーを収容するハウジングをさらに含み、
前記ハウジングは、
前記バッテリモジュールの第1終端に具備されて前記複数のバッテリセルの最外側外部面と第1終端で接する第1エンドプレートと、
前記バッテリモジュールの第2終端に具備されて前記複数のバッテリセルの最外側外部面と第2終端で接する第2エンドプレードと、
前記第1エンドプレートと第2エンドプレートとを連結する少なくとも一つの連結プレートと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
