Claims (2)
- 固定側アーク接触子と接離する可動側アーク接触子に連結されると共に、内部にはピストンが嵌合され、前記ピストンの外周部にウェアリングが設けられ、前記ピストンが消弧性気体を吸引又は噴出するために前記ウェアリングを介して内壁面を摺動しながら移動するアルミニウム製のパッファシリンダを製造するに当たって、
前記パッファシリンダの前記ピストンが前記ウェアリングを介して摺動する部分より広い範囲の内壁面、或いは前記パッファシリンダの全体に化成処理によって形成されるアルミニウムの水和酸化物被膜の表面に、針状又は花弁状の凸部及びピット状の凹部が形成されていることを特徴とするパッファシリンダの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載のパッファシリンダの製造方法において、
前記パッファシリンダは、該パッファシリンダの内壁面にひずみ度(Sk)の値が負であり、かつ、油溜り深さ(Rvk)の値が1μm以上である化成処理が施されたアルミニウムの表面粗さを有することを特徴とするパッファシリンダの製造方法。
