Description
非晶質ターポリマー及び半結晶性ポリマーを含む埋め込み物を形成するステップ
を含み、
非晶質ターポリマーは、ラクチド、グリコリド、及びカプロラクトンを含み、
半結晶性ポリマーはポリ(L−ラクチド)を含み、
非晶質ターポリマーは半結晶性ポリマーと混合される又は半結晶性ポリマーとブロックコポリマーを形成する。
非晶質ターポリマー及び半結晶性ポリマーを含む埋め込み物を形成するステップ
を含み、
非晶質ターポリマーは、ラクチド、グリコリド、及びカプロラクトンを含み、
半結晶性ポリマーはポリ(L−ラクチド)を含み、
非晶質ターポリマーは半結晶性ポリマーと混合され、又は半結晶性ポリマーとブロックコポリマーを形成する。
[定義]
[非晶質ターポリマー]
x+y=1(方程式1);
L−ラクチドの含量が約65モル%〜約100モル%の範囲である半結晶性PLLGA、
L−ラクチドの含量が約65モル%以上である半結晶性PLLA−GA−CLターポリマー、及び
半結晶性PLLA−CL(L−ラクチド/CL=75/25又は70/30(モルで))。

Claims (13)
- 非晶質ターポリマー及び半結晶性ポリマーを含む埋め込み物であって、非晶質ターポリマーがラクチド、グリコリド、及び低Tgモノマーを含み、低T g モノマーが、トリメチレンカーボネート、トリメチレンジチオカーボネート、1,3,5−トリオキサ−4−ケトシクロヘキサン、トリメチレンチオカーボネート、1−チオ−3,5−ジオキサ−2−ケトシクロヘキサン、1−チオ−3,5−ジオキサ−4−ケトシクロヘキサン、ξ−エナントラクトン、テトラメチレンカーボネート、ペンタメチレンカーボネート、β−ブチロラクトン、ジオキサノン、1,3−ジオキサ−シクロへキシル−6−オン、1,4−ジオキサ−7−ケトシクロヘプタン、1,4−ジオキサ−シクロヘプチル−7−オン、1,4−ジオキサ−2−ケトシクロヘプタン、及び1,4−ジオキサ−シクロヘプチル−2−オンからなる群より選択され、半結晶性ポリマーがポリ(L−ラクチド)を含み、非晶質ターポリマーが、半結晶性ポリマーと混合され、非晶質ターポリマーが、非晶質ターポリマー及び半結晶性ポリマーの総重量(R)の50%以上の重量比(Rt)を有し、半結晶性ポリマーが、非晶質ターポリマー及び半結晶性ポリマーの総重量の50%以下の重量比(Rs)を有し、Rt+Rs=100%である、埋め込み物。
- 半結晶性ポリマーが、半結晶性ポリ(アミドエステル)、L−ラクチドの含量が65モル%〜100モル%の範囲である半結晶性PLLA−GA、L−ラクチドの含量が65モル%以上である半結晶性PLLA−GA−CLターポリマー、及び、PLLA対CLの比(PLLA/CL)が75/25又は70/30である半結晶性PLLA−CLからなる群より選択される、請求項1の埋め込み物。
- Rsが約10%〜約20%である、請求項1の埋め込み物。
- 医療装置又は医療装置上のコーティングである、請求項1の埋め込み物。
- ステント又はステント上のコーティングである、請求項1の埋め込み物。
- ステント又はコーティングが生物活性剤をさらに含む、請求項5の埋め込み物。
- 生物活性剤が、パクリタキセル、ドセタキセル、エストラジオール、17−ベータ−エストラジオール、一酸化窒素供与体、スーパーオキシドジスムターゼ、スーパーオキシドジスムターゼ模倣体、4−アミノ−2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン−1−オキシル(4−アミノ−TEMPO)、バイオリムス、タクロリムス、デキサメタゾン、デキサメタゾン誘導体、グルココルチコイド、ラパマイシン、ラパマイシン誘導体、40−O−(2−ヒドロキシ)エチル−ラパマイシン(エベロリムス)、40−O−(3−ヒドロキシ)プロピル−ラパマイシン、40−O−[2−(2−ヒドロキシ)エトキシ]エチル−ラパマイシン、及び40−O−テトラゾール−ラパマイシン、40−エピ−(N1−テトラゾリル)−ラパマイシン(ABT−578)、テムシロリムス、デフォロリムス、γ−ヒリダン、クロベタゾール、ピメクロリムス、メシル酸イマチニブ、ミドスタウリン、フェノフィブラート、これらのプロドラッグ、これらのコドラッグ、並びにこれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項6の埋め込み物。

非晶質ターポリマーがラクチド、グリコリド、及び低T g モノマーを含み、
低T g モノマーが、トリメチレンカーボネート、トリメチレンジチオカーボネート、1,3,5−トリオキサ−4−ケトシクロヘキサン、トリメチレンチオカーボネート、1−チオ−3,5−ジオキサ−2−ケトシクロヘキサン、1−チオ−3,5−ジオキサ−4−ケトシクロヘキサン、ξ−エナントラクトン、テトラメチレンカーボネート、ペンタメチレンカーボネート、β−ブチロラクトン、ジオキサノン、1,3−ジオキサ−シクロへキシル−6−オン、1,4−ジオキサ−7−ケトシクロヘプタン、1,4−ジオキサ−シクロヘプチル−7−オン、1,4−ジオキサ−2−ケトシクロヘプタン、及び1,4−ジオキサ−シクロヘプチル−2−オンからなる群より選択され、
半結晶性ポリマーがポリ(L−ラクチド)を含み、
非晶質ターポリマーが、半結晶性ポリマーと混合され、
非晶質ターポリマーが、非晶質ターポリマー及び半結晶性ポリマーの総重量(R)の50%以上の重量比(Rt)を有し、
半結晶性ポリマーが、非晶質ターポリマー及び半結晶性ポリマーの総重量の50%以下の重量比(Rs)を有し、
Rt+Rs=100%である方法。 - Rsが約10%〜約20%である、請求項8の方法。
- 埋め込み物がステント又はステント上のコーティングである、請求項8の方法。
- ステント又はコーティングが生物活性剤をさらに含む、請求項10の方法。
