Description
Claims (9)
- 複合積層板形成のためのプレフォームへの樹脂の注入方法であって、
前記プレフォームが浮き上がるのを防ぐために、前記プレフォームを金型の周りに巻き付けるステップと、
真空バッグを前記プレフォームの外側に載置するステップと、
制御された量だけ前記真空バッグがプレフォームの表面から持ち上がることを許容するために、オフセット工具を前記真空バッグの外側に載置するステップと、
充填樹脂を、前記真空バッグと前記プレフォームの間に注入して、前記真空バッグを前記プレフォームの表面から持ち上げて、前記真空バッグを前記オフセット工具に向かって移動させ、前記樹脂が前記真空バッグと前記プレフォームの表面の間の空間を満たすステップと、
大気圧以上の圧力を前記真空バッグの外表面に加えて、前記樹脂を前記真空バッグと前記プレフォームの表面の間の空間から前記プレフォーム内の空間に移動させることで、前記プレフォームに前記樹脂を注入するステップと、
前記プレフォーム内の前記樹脂を硬化して、複合積層板を形成するステップと、を備える注入方法。 - 前記プレフォームに注入するステップが、最初に前記樹脂を前記プレフォームの厚さ方向に前記真空バックから前記金型に向かって移動させるステップであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入方法。
- 前記大気圧以上の圧力を前記真空バッグの外表面に加えるステップが、
最初に第一の大気圧以上の圧力を前記真空バッグに加えて、前記樹脂を前記真空バッグと前記プレフォームの表面の間の空間から前記プレフォーム内の空間に移動させるステップと、
続けて前記第一の大気圧以上の圧力より大きな第二の大気圧以上の圧力を前記真空バッグの外側から加えて、前記樹脂が注入された前記プレフォームを、最小の厚さに押圧するステップと、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入方法。 - 前記プレフォーム内の前記樹脂を硬化するステップを通して、前記大気圧以上の圧力が維持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入方法。
- 前記充填樹脂を真空バッグとプレフォームの間に注入後、前記大気圧以上の圧力が最初に真空バッグに加えられる間、前記真空バッグと前記金型の間の空間に繋がるすべてのポートを閉じ、そして
前記樹脂がプレフォームに注入された後、前記真空バッグと前記金型の間の空間に繋がる少なくとも1つのポートを開放することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入方法。 - 前記オフセット工具がフレキシブルで膨張可能で、所定の固定形状を形成できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入方法。
- 前記充填樹脂を、前記真空バッグと前記プレフォームの間に注入するステップと、前記プレフォームに前記樹脂を注入するステップと、の少なくとも1つのステップの間に、前記真空バッグと前記金型の間を真空引きするステップをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入方法。
- 生地を前記金型に載置して前記プレフォームを形成するステップの後で、前記プレフォームの表面上に前記真空バッグを載置するステップの前に、前記真空バッグを前記プレフォームの表面から容易に切り離すことを可能にし、前記注入の間に離型材を通って前記プレフォームに移動されることになる樹脂を収容する前記離型材を前記プレフォームの表面に塗布するステップをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入方法。
- 前記金型がマンドレルで、
前記オフセット工具が全体的に筒状のスリーブで、前記オフセット工具と同軸の前記マンドレルを収容することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入方法。
