- EGCスクラバープロセスループ(13)が、スクラバー水循環タンク(15)の出口(20)とEGCスクラバー(1)の入口(21)との間の位置において、スクラバー水の流れへ第2のアルカリ剤を供給するための配置(26)を含む、請求項1に記載の複合洗浄システム。
- 抜き取りプロセスループ(16)をさらに含み、抜き取りプロセスループが、第2の分離器ユニット(48)及びスラッジタンク(40)を含み、抜き取りプロセスループ(16)が、EGCスクラバープロセスループ(13)に、及び/又はEGRスクラバープロセスループ(14)に接続される、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の複合洗浄システム。
- 抜き取りプロセスループ(16)が、抜き取りタンク(24)の出口(43)の後の、且つ第2の分離器ユニット(48)の入口(47)の前の位置において、凝固剤の供給のための配置(54)をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の複合洗浄システム。
- 保持タンク(45)をさらに含み、保持タンクが、凝固剤の供給のための配置(54)と、第2の分離器ユニット(48)の入口(47)との間の位置において配される、請求項8に記載の複合洗浄システム。
- 回収タンク(80)をさらに含み、回収タンクが、第2の分離器ユニット(48)によって分離された水を集めるように配され、それによって回収タンク(80)が、スクラバー水循環タンク(15)の出口と、EGCスクラバー(1)の入口(21)との間の位置におけるEGCスクラバープロセスループ(13)に接続される、請求項7から9の何れか一項に記載の複合洗浄システム。
- 複合ウェットスクラバー洗浄システムを用いることによって燃焼機関(2)からの排ガスにおけるSOX及びNOXを削減するための方法であって、
前記システムが、排ガス洗浄(EGC)スクラバー(1)、排ガス再循環(EGR)スクラバー(11)及びスクラバー水循環タンク(15)を含み、
スクラバー水循環タンク(15)とEGCスクラバー(1)との間のEGCスクラバープロセスループ(13)において、及び、スクラバー水循環タンク(15)とEGRスクラバー(11)との間のEGRスクラバープロセスループ(14)において、スクラバー水を循環する段階と、
第1の分離器ユニット(29)を通ってスクラバー水を供給することによってEGRスクラバープロセスループ(14)において粒子状物質を除去する段階と、
EGRスクラバープロセスループ(14)においてスクラバー水へ第1のアルカリ剤を供給する段階とを含み、
複合ウェットスクラバー洗浄システムが、ターボチャージャー(70)を含み、
EGCスクラバー(1)が、ターボチャージャー(70)の低圧側上に配され、
EGRスクラバー(11)が、ターボチャージャー(70)の高圧側上に配される、方法。 - スクラバー水循環タンク(15)の出口(20)と、EGRスクラバー(11)の入口(22)との間の位置において第1の分離器ユニット(29)を提供する段階を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- スクラバー水循環タンク(15)の出口(20)と、EGCスクラバー(1)の入口(21)との間の位置におけるEGCスクラバープロセスループ(13)においてスクラバー水へ第2のアルカリ剤を、及び/又は、スクラバー水循環タンク(15)の出口(20)と、EGRスクラバーの入口(22)との間の位置におけるEGRスクラバープロセスループ(14)においてスクラバー水へ第1のアルカリ剤を、供給する段階を含む、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- スクラバー水循環タンク(15)からの過剰のスクラバー水を、抜き取りプロセスループ(16)内へ抜き取る段階をさらに含み、抜き取りがEGCスクラバープロセスループ(13)から為される、請求項11から13の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 抜き取りプロセスループ(16)が、このようにして洗浄されたスクラバー水を船外へ放出する前に、抜き取られたスクラバー水から粒子状物質を除去する段階を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 抜き取りプロセスループ(16)が、抜き取られたスクラバー水から粒子状物質を除去する段階と、このようにして洗浄されたスクラバー水の品質を制御して承認する段階と、承認された洗浄スクラバー水を集める段階と、EGCスクラバー(1)を洗浄する及び/又は洗い流すことを目的としてそれをEGCスクラバープロセスループ(13)内へ循環し戻す段階とを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 燃焼機関(2)からの排ガスにおけるSOX及びNOXの削減を目的とした、船内での、請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載の複合洗浄システムの使用。
