Description
Claims (6)
- 発光デバイス(1)であって、
前記デバイス(1)の動作中に少なくとも1つの動作ビーム(4)を供給する、電磁放射線の少なくとも1つの放射線源(2)と、
前記動作ビーム(4)を透過せず、かつ、出力開口部(6)を有するハウジング(3)と、を備え、
前記動作ビーム(4)を供給する前記放射線源(2)が、前記ハウジング(3)内に位置し、
前記動作ビーム(4)を供給する前記放射線源(2)及び前記出力開口部(6)が、前記デバイス(1)の作動中に前記動作ビーム(4)が前記出力開口部(6)を介して前記ハウジング(3)を出ることができるように配置され、
前記発光デバイスが、更に前記デバイス(1)の動作中に少なくとも1つの感知ビーム(11)を供給する、電磁放射線の少なくとも1つの第2の放射線源(16)と、 前記感知ビーム(11)を検出する少なくとも1つの検出器(14)と、
接触境界面(8)を有する少なくとも1つの感知用窓(7)と、を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの第2の放射線源(16)及び前記少なくとも1つの検出器(14)が、前記感知用窓(7)の全く同じ側に位置し、
反射体(19)が、前記検出器(14)と前記第2の放射線源(16)とが位置する前記感知用窓(7)の前記側とは反対の前記感知用窓(7)の側に位置し、
前記検出器(14)が、前記デバイス(1)の動作中に、前記感知ビーム(11)を前記検出器(14)に供給する前記少なくとも第2の放射線源(16)からの経路上の前記感知ビーム(11)が、前記感知用窓(7)の前記接触境界面(8)が空気と接触すると全内反射により前記感知用窓(7)の前記接触境界面(8)にて少なくとも一度反射されるように配置され、
前記発光デバイスが、更に前記動作ビーム(4)を供給する前記放射線源(2)及び前記検出器(14)と通信し、かつ、前記検出器(14)にて検出された前記感知ビーム(11)に応答して前記動作ビーム(4)を供給する前記放射線源(2)の動作に影響を及ぼすように動作可能であるコントローラ(15)を備える、発光デバイス。 - 前記感知用窓(7)が、前記デバイス(1)の動作中に前記感知ビーム(11)の導光体になる、請求項1に記載の発光デバイス(1)。
- 前記感知用窓(7)が、前記感知ビーム(11)の入側境界面(12)になり、
前記接触境界面(8)に対する前記感知ビーム(11)の前記入側境界面(12)及び前記入側境界面(12)での前記感知ビーム(11)の入射角α1が、前記デバイス(1)の動作中に、前記感知ビーム(11)が、前記接触境界面(8)が空気と接触すると前記接触境界面(8)において全内反射するように、配置される、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス(1)。 - 前記感知用窓(7)が、前記感知ビーム(11)の入側境界面(12)になり、
前記接触境界面(8)に対する前記感知ビーム(11)の前記入側境界面(12)及び前記入側境界面(12)での前記感知ビーム(11)の入射角が、前記デバイス(1)の動作中に、前記感知ビーム(11)が、前記接触境界面(8)が皮膚(5)と接触しても前記接触境界面(8)において全内反射しないように、配置される、請求項3に記載の発光デバイス(1)。 - 前記感知用窓(7)が、前記ハウジング(3)の前記出力開口部(6)内に位置し、前記感知用窓(7)が、前記動作ビーム(4)及び前記感知ビーム(11)を透過する材料で作製され、前記デバイス(1)動作中に、前記動作ビーム(4)が、前記感知用窓(7)を介して前記ハウジング(3)を出ることができる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス(1)。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス(1)を備える、電磁脱毛装置。
