Description
・少なくとも2つの食品のポーションを、いずれの食品のポーションも金型の容器の中に導入して、
・金型の各容器用の少なくとも1つのプレス工具を、いずれのプレス工具も食品のポーション上にセットして、
・プレス工具のすべてが各食品のポーションに同じ圧力を及ぼすように、プレス工具が食品のポーションに及ぼす力を増加させる。
Claims (6)
- 流体動力プレス機(3)を含む、食品のポーション(2)を形成する形成装置(1)であって、前記プレス機(3)は、少なくとも1つの流体動力圧力発生器(4)と、少なくとも2つのアクチュエータ(5)を有しており、前記アクチュエータ(5)は、いずれの前記アクチュエータ(5)も作動シリンダ(6)を有しており、前記作動シリンダ(6)は流体動力でつながっており、金型(14)が、食品のポーション(2)を受け入れる少なくとも2つの分離した容器(13)を有しており、前記容器(13)は、いずれの前記容器(13)もプレス工具(12)と相互に作用して、前記プレス工具(12)は、いずれの前記プレス工具(12)も、前記アクチュエータ(5)を用いて動かすことができ、前記作動シリンダ(6)の間の液圧連結を弁(11)を介して確立可能にし、前記弁(11)を用いて前記作動シリンダ(6)間の流量を制御したり、または調節したりすることができる形成装置(1)を用いて、食品のポーション(2)を形成する方法であって、少なくとも2つの食品のポーション(2)を、いずれの食品のポーション(2)も金型(14)の容器(13)の中に導入して、前記金型(14)の各容器(13)用の少なくとも1つのプレス工具(12)を、いずれのプレス工具(12)も前記食品のポーション(2)上にセットして、前記プレス工具(12)のすべてが前記各食品のポーション(2)に同じ圧力を及ぼすように、前記プレス工具(12)が前記食品のポーション(2)に及ぼす力を増加させる方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記作動シリンダ(6)が流体動力でつながる前に、前記プレス工具(12)が、規定した量だけ前記金型(14)の方へ動いたり、または規定した量だけ前記容器(13)の中に入ったりすることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記プレス工具(12)の間を機械的に連結して、プレス工具(12)を一緒に移動させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項3に記載の方法であって、規定した点を越えて前記プレス工具(12)が移動したとき、前記プレス工具(12)の間の前記機械的連結を切り離すことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記作動シリンダ(6)に流れ込む流量および/または前記作動シリンダ(6)の間の流量を、前記形成装置(1)の少なくとも1つの運転パラメータの関数として調節することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記形成装置(1)が有する少なくとも1つの流量センサ(16、17)で作動シリンダ(6)に出入りする流量を決定することを特徴とする方法。
