Claims (11)
- 構造物を組み立てる方法であって、
重ね板の組立品において、ワンサイドファスナが取り付けられる位置を特定するステップと、
前記の位置で重ね板の組立品を貫通する穴を開けるステップと、
前記穴に指定された深さまで皿穴を開けるステップと、
前記穴及び前記穴の近傍における前記重ね板の1つ又は複数に関連するパラメータを少なくとも決定するために、較正されたプローブを操作するステップと、
前記穴に前記ワンサイドファスナを挿入するステップと、
前記ワンサイドファスナの取り付けを完了するために、回転トルクを前記ワンサイドファスナに付与するステップと、
前記ワンサイドファスナの取り付けを完了するのに必要とされる前記ワンサイドファスナの角度変位の測定結果を、前記ファスナが正しく取り付けられていることを指標する角度変位の範囲と比較するステップと
を含み、
取り付けを完了するのに必要とされる角度変位の測定結果を比較するステップが、前記ファスナが正しく取り付けられていることを確認するために、取り付けの間に、心部ボルトを破壊するのに必要とされる角度変位の量を測定するステップを含む、方法。 - 前記ワンサイドファスナの取り付けを完了するのに必要とされる前記トルクの測定結果を、測定されたトルク−角度曲線と、前記ファスナが正しく取り付けられていることを確認するために、比較するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 重ね板の組立品において位置を特定するステップが、
重ね板の組立品上に基準を特定するステップと、
前記ワンサイドファスナを取り付けるための位置を前記基準の位置に対して特定するステップと
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記穴に前記ワンサイドファスナを挿入するステップが、前記重ね板の決定された厚さに基づくグリップ長さを有するワンサイドファスナを選択するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 較正されたプローブを操作するステップが、前記開けられた穴の直径を確認するステップと、前記開けられた穴に係る皿穴の深さを確認するステップとの少なくとも一方をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記取り付けられたファスナに関する面一性、突出性、及びファスナ球状部の直径を検証するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ワンサイドファスナの取り付けを完了するためにトルクを前記ワンサイドファスナに付与するステップが、前記ファスナのボルトを、破壊可能な駆動頭部が前記ボルトの残余部から破断するまで回転させるステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加工装置と、
前記加工装置と通信可能に接続された回転角度センサと
を備えるファスナ挿入システムであって、
ワンサイドファスナのボルトを、前記ボルトを回転させるのに必要なトルクによって前記ボルトの駆動頭部が前記ボルトから分離するまで回転させるように操作可能であり、
前記加工装置が、
前記システムによる前記ボルトの回転の測定結果を受信し、
前記駆動頭部が前記ボルトから分離したときの回転角度を特定し、
前記駆動頭部が前記ボルトから分離したときの前記回転角度を、前記ファスナに関連する既知の値と比較する
ようにプログラムされている、ファスナ挿入システム。 - 前記加工装置と通信可能に接続されたトルクセンサをさらに備え、
前記加工装置が、
前記システムによって前記ボルトを回転させるのに利用された前記トルクの測定結果を受信し、
前記駆動頭部が前記ボルトから分離したときのトルクを特定し、
前記駆動頭部が前記ボルトから分離したときの前記トルクの測定結果を、前記ファスナに関連する既知の値と、前記ファスナが正しく取り付けられていることを確認するために、比較する
ようにプログラムされている、請求項8に記載のファスナ挿入システム。 - 前記加工装置が、前記駆動頭部が前記ボルトから分離したときの前記トルクの測定結果及び前記回転角度を、メモリに保存されたトルク回転曲線と比較し、前記ファスナが正しく取り付けられたかどうかを判定するようにプログラムされている、請求項9に記載のファスナ挿入システム。
- 前記トルク回転曲線が、事前のファスナの取り付けから生成されたファスナ取り付け試験データ及びトルク角度データの少なくとも一方から生成されている、請求項10に記載のファスナ挿入システム。
