Description
清浄装置内で、銅精錬溶融スラグ、還元剤および加圧不活性ガスを混合して清浄を行い、それにより清浄スラグを得る工程であって、前記不活性ガスは100kPa乃至800kPaの圧力を有する、工程を備える。
炉本体を備え、前記炉本体は、内部に溶融貯まりを備え、ガスノズル、供給口およびスラグ排出口が設けられており、
前記ガスノズルは、炉本体の側壁に配置され、前記溶融貯まりの中間部分につながっている。
前記不活性ガスは、前記ガスノズルを介して前記清浄装置に導入される。
燃料と助燃剤が前記燃料バーナーに導入される。
炉本体を備え、前記炉本体は、内部に溶融貯まりを備え、ガスノズル、供給口およびスラグ排出口が設けられており、前記ガスノズルは、炉本体の側壁に配置され、前記溶融貯まりの中間部分につながっている。
Claims (7)
- 銅精錬溶融スラグを清浄する方法であって:
清浄装置内で、銅精錬溶融スラグ、還元剤および加圧不活性ガスを混合し、清浄を行い、それにより清浄スラグを得る工程であって、前記不活性ガスは100kPa乃至800kPaの圧力を有する、工程を備え;
銅精錬溶融スラグ中で、酸化された状態の銅は、10重量%乃至20重量%の量であり;
前記清浄装置は、炉本体を備え、複数のガスノズルが前記炉本体の側壁に配置され、前記ガスノズルは、溶融貯まりの溶融物中に沈められ、前記溶融貯まりの中間部分に延び、ここで、前記溶融貯まりの前記中間部分とは、形成されたスラグ層に対応する位置をいい、前記ガスノズルは、前記加圧不活性ガスを前記溶融スラグ中に導入することで、溶融スラグを沸騰させ激しい撹拌を生じさせる力を提供し;
前記還元剤は、FeSとCu 2 Sを含有する銅精鉱であり、前記還元剤中の硫黄成分の前記銅精錬溶融スラグ中の酸素成分に対する質量比は、(0.6〜1.5):1である;

前記炉本体に配置された供給口およびスラグ排出口をさらに備えることを特徴とする;
請求項1の方法。 - 前記銅精錬溶融スラグと前記還元剤はそれぞれ、ランナを通って前記供給口を介して前記清浄装置に導入され;
前記不活性ガスは、前記ガスノズルを介して前記清浄装置に導入されることを特徴とする;
請求項2の方法。 - 前記炉本体には上部に燃料バーナーが設けられ;
燃料と助燃剤が前記燃料バーナーに導入されることを特徴とする;
請求項3の方法。 - 前記助燃剤は、酸素濃度が95重量%より大きな工業用酸素ガスであることを特徴とする;
請求項4の方法。 - 前記不活性ガスは、窒素ガスであることを特徴とする;
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項の方法。 - 前記銅精錬溶融スラグは、1050℃乃至1350℃の温度であることを特徴とする; 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項の方法。
