Claims (9)
- 船体に回転軸心周りに回転自在に配置されたラダーシャフトと、ラダーシャフトに接続され船体に対して回転可能なラダーブレードと、船体にラダーブレードまたはラダーシャフトを取り付ける少なくとも一つの軸受とを持ち、前記軸受が内側軸受部分と内側軸受部分に摺動可能に接触する外側軸受部分とを備えた船用の舵において、
前記外側軸受部分(210)および前記内側軸受部分(220)のいずれかひとつに配置され、残りの前記内側軸受部分または前記外側軸受部分に接触する摩耗ピン(4,4’)を備え、
前記摩耗ピン(4,4’)が取り外し可能に、外側軸受部分(210)または内側軸受部分(220)に配置され、
前記摩耗ピン(4,4’)が外側軸受部分(210)または内側軸受部分(220)の挿入孔(211,211’)にねじ込まれ、
前記摩耗ピン(4,4’)が軸受(21)の外側またはラダーブレード(10)からアクセスすることができ、軸受(21)から取り外し可能であることを特徴とする舵。 - 請求項1に記載の舵において、前記摩耗ピン(4,4’)が外側軸受部分210に配置され、摺動面40を備えており、その上を摩耗ピン(4,4’)が滑り可能に内側軸受部分(220)に接触することを特徴とする舵。
- 請求項2に記載の舵において、前記摩耗ピン(4,4’)がその内側軸受部分側の端部に、外側軸受部分(210)と同じ材料で形成された内側部分(42)を備えることを特徴とする舵。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の舵において、前記摩耗ピン(4,4’)における内側軸受部分(220)側の端部に、摩耗ピン(4,4’)の摩耗を測定するために、一つまたは複数の電気伝導層(43)が取り付けられたことを特徴とする舵。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の舵において、前記摩耗ピン(4,4’)を複数、外側軸受部分(210)に配置したことを特徴とする舵。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の舵において、少なくとも一つの前記軸受(21)が、横方向の力だけを支える平面軸受であることを特徴とする舵。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の舵において、前記船体(2)にラダーポスト(20)が設けられ、このラダーポスト(20)が、ラダーシャフト(11)を収納するラダーパイプ(200)を有し、ラダーブレードの隙間に延びることを特徴とする舵。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の舵において、前記内側軸受部分(220)がラダーシャフト(110)に連結され、前記外側軸受部分(210)が船体(2)の固定部(200)に連結されることにより、船体(2)の固定部(200)にラダーシャフト(110)が取り付けられていることを特徴とする舵。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の舵において、前記内側軸受部分(220)が船体(2)の固定部分(200)に連結され、外側軸受部分(210)がラダーブレード(10)に連結されることにより、ラダーブレード(10)が船体(2)の固定部分(200)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする舵。
