Claims (6)
- 風力タービンブレードの構成区分を接続するための接続システムであって、前記接続システムは1つ以上の中間部品(2)を含み、前記中間部品(2)は、接続されるブレードの区分(1)の材料に収容されるナット状の固定部(4)にボルト又はねじ(3)によって固定される構造であり、接続される前記ブレードの区分(1)の間に少なくとも1つの前記中間部品(2)が含まれ、前記中間部品(2)は、端部の横断区画(2.1)と中央の横断区画(2.2)とを有し、その間を開口部(2.4)により分離される一連の縦方向の区分(2.3)が延びる構造により形成され、前記開口部(2.4)には、前記端部の横断区画(2.1)を直接通る短寸ボルト又はねじ(3)と、前記中央の横断区画(2.2)を通り、さらに前記縦方向の区分(2.3)の内側から対応する前記端部の横断区画(2.1)を通過するまで通る長寸ボルト又はねじ(3)とが入ることを特徴とする、接続システム。
- 前記端部の横断区画(2.1)と前記中央の横断区画(2.2)とを有する単一の前記中間部品(2)が、前記ブレードの区分(1)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の風力タービンブレードの構成区分を接続するための接続システム。
- 長手方向に配置された2つの相補的な前記中間部品(2)が前記ブレードの区分(1)の間に配置され、前記中間部品(2)のそれぞれが、1つの前記端部の横断区画(2.1)と、反対部分に別の横断区画とを有し、前記別の横断区画は、他方の相補的な部品の相関的な横断区画と一緒になって前記接続部の前記中央の横断区画(2.2)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の風力タービンブレードの構成区分を接続するための接続システム。
- 横向きに配置された相補的な前記中間部品(2)が前記ブレードの区分(1)の間に配置され、前記中間部品(2)のそれぞれに、4本以上の前記ボルト又はねじ(3)の組を入れることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の風力タービンブレードの構成区分を接続するための接続システム。
- 前記ブレードの区分(1)の材料に収容される前記固定部(4)への前記ボルト又はねじ(3)のねじ結合が、2つの異なる長さであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の風力タービンブレードの構成区分を接続するための接続システム。
- 前記開口部(2.4)が、対応する前記中間部品(2)の一つの面での行き止まりの開口部であって、互いに接続される前記ブレードの区分(1)の間で外側及び内側に連続した表面を有する接続部を形成することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の風力タービンブレードの構成区分を接続するための接続システム。
