(ここで、R1とR2は互いに独立して少なくとも一つのフッ素原子で置換され且つ必要に応じて少なくとも一つの塩素原子で置換されていてもよい1〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基を表す)
好ましいヒドロフルオロエーテルは3〜6つの炭素原子を有するものである。

COP:成績係数、ヒートポンプの場合には、システムに供給されるまたは消費されたパワーに対するシステムによって供給される有効高温パワーの比として定義
CAP:容積ギャパシティー、単位容積当たりの加熱の熱容量である(kJ/m3)
%CAPまたはCOP:HCFC-l14で得られる値に対する流体のCAPまたはCOPの値の比である。
蒸発器の温度を30℃に維持し、圧縮機入口を35℃に維持し、凝縮器を90℃にしたヒートポンプの運転条件での冷媒の運転性能を下記に示す。
各化合物のCOPはHCFC114またはR114のCOPの%として計算。
圧縮機の等エントロピー(Isentropic)効率:59.3%

E:トランス-1,2-ジクロロエチレン
H:ペンタン
J:1,1,1,4,4,4-ヘキサフルオロ-2-ブテン
二成分混合物(H、J)および(C、J)はR114の値と同程度のCOP、凝縮器入口温度および圧縮比を有し、これらの化合物は擬似共沸混合物で、ラプス温度値は2.2℃以下である。
化合物Jおよび混合物(E、J)は基準化合物(R114)のCOPより5%高いCOPを有する。
蒸発器での温度を80℃に維持し、圧縮機入口を85℃に維持し、凝縮義を140℃にした、ヒートポンプ運転状態したで冷媒の性能は下記の通り。
各化合物のCOPはHCFC114またはR114のCOPの%として計算。
圧縮機の等エントロピー(Isentropic)効率:59.3%
C:イソペンタン
E:トランス-1,2-ジクロロエチレン
H:ペンタン
J:1,1,1,4,4,4-ヘキサフルオロ-2-ブテン
Claims (7)
- 冷媒の蒸発段階と、圧縮段階と、70〜150℃の温度での冷媒液の凝縮段階と、冷媒の膨張段階との一連の段階を少なくとも一ステージ有する圧縮システムを用いた伝熱プロセスにおいて、
上記冷媒が、1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテン単独か、1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンとペンタン、イソペンタンおよびトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンの中から選択される少なくとも一つの化合物とから成ることを特徴とする伝熱プロセス。 - 上記温度が95〜140℃である請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 冷媒が、40〜100まで重量%の1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと、0〜60重量%のペンタン、イソペンタンおよびトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンの中から選択される少なくとも一つの化合物とから成る請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 冷媒が、60〜100重量%の1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと、0〜40重量%のペンタン、イソペンタンまたはトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとから成る請求項3に載のプロセス。
- 冷媒が安定剤をさらに含む請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 冷媒が滑剤をさらに含む請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 滑剤がポリアルキレン・グリコール、ポリオール・エステルまたはポリビニールエーテルである請求項6に記載のプロセス。
