Claims (7)
- 表面にMgAl2O4スピネル層を設けたステンレス鋼管と、
ステンレス鋼管に収納される熱電対センサと、
からなり、
前記ステンレス鋼管は、表面のMgAl 2 O 4 スピネル層とステンレス表面との中間にFeCr 2 O 4 スピネル層を配置してなる熱電対。 - 前記FeCr2O4スピネル層はステンレス表面からの析出により配置してなる請求項1に記載の熱電対。
- ステンレス鋼管と、
ステンレス鋼管に収納される熱電対センサと、からなる熱電対の製造方法であって、
ステンレス鋼管を準備する準備工程と、
準備されたステンレス鋼管にMgAl2O4スピネルゾルを塗布する塗布工程と、
MgAl2O4スピネルゾルが塗布されたステンレス鋼管を加熱する加熱工程と、
を含む熱電対の製造方法。 - 前記準備工程と、前記塗布工程との間にFeCr2O4スピネル層をステンレス表面から析出させる析出工程を有する請求項3に記載の熱電対の製造方法。
- 前記析出は、酸素分圧が略10−12気圧〜略2×10−5気圧の雰囲気中でステンレス鋼に熱処理を行うことで生じる請求項4に記載の熱電対の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の熱電対を備える熱電温度計。
- 請求項6に記載の熱電温度計を用いて溶融アルミニウムの温度を測定する溶融アルミニウムの温度の測定方法。
