実施例、比較例(比較例1、5、7、8、11〜15を除く)ともに、洗浄率は70%〜100%で合格範囲内であった。

(b)成分/(c)成分の質量比が1/10〜10/1、且つ、

下記工程1〜3を含む洗浄方法に用いる、食品加工設備及び/又は調理設備用液体洗浄剤組成物。
