Claims (4)
- 炭素−炭素複合材料から環状物品を作製するための三次元繊維プリフォーム製造方法であり、その方法は炭素の糸またはトウから構成される繊維シートを積層すること、およびそれらを一緒に結合するために重ね会わされたままで1つずつ層をニードリングすることにあり、その方法はさらに繊維プリフォームの半分厚さに位置される繊維シート層の繊維密度を増加させることにより繊維プリフォームの電磁特性を部分的に変更することを特徴とし、
繊維密度が増加される繊維シート層が、他の層が供されるニードリングのニードリング密度よりも大きいニードリング密度で、および他の層が供されるニードルの侵入深さと同一の侵入深さで、または
他の層が供されるニードルの侵入深さより大きい侵入深さで、および他の層が供されるニードリング密度と同一のニードリング密度で、ニードリングに供される、
三次元繊維プリフォームの製造方法。 - 繊維密度が増加される繊維シート層が、60ストローク/cm2のニードリング密度でニードリングに供され、他の層は30ストローク/cm2のニードリング密度でニードリングに供される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 繊維密度が増加される繊維シートの層は、14.5mm〜15.5mmの範囲にあるニードル侵入深さでニードリングに供され、他の層は12.5mmのニードル侵入深さでニードリングに供される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 炭素−炭素複合材料から環状物品を作製する方法であり、その方法は、
−請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法により三次元繊維プリフォームを製造すること、ならびに
−膜沸騰法により炭素マトリックスの堆積によって繊維プリフォームを緻密化すること、を含む。
