Description

平滑な作業ロールを用いた冷間圧延の影響
この実施例で行われる試験は、作業表面がより粗いEDT作業ロールを用いて行われる圧延と比較したとき、平滑な作業ロールを用いて行われる冷間圧延の良い影響を示すことを目的とする。
スキンパスの影響
この実施例で行われる試験は、作業表面が特定の粗さRa2.5を有する作業ロールを用いることによって行われるスキンパスの良い影響を確保することを目的とする。
Claims (23)
- 鋼鉄基材(3)を含む金属シート(1)を製造するための方法であって、この少なくとも1つの面(5)が、Alを含む金属コーティング(7)でコーティングされており、金属コーティング(7)の残りは、Zn、および避けられない不純物であり、金属コーティング(7)は、アルミニウムの重量含有量が、0.2%から0.7%であり、この方法は、少なくとも以下の工程:
−基材(3)を提供するための工程、
−金属シート(1)を得るために、浴に基材(3)を浸すことによって、少なくとも1つの面(5)の上に金属コーティング(7)を堆積させるための工程、
−少なくとも1つの出口(25)を介して突出する少なくとも1つのノズル(17)を用い、金属コーティング(7)の上に拭きつけガスを拭きつけ、金属シート(1)をノズルの前側に走行させ、拭きつけガスは、主要な放出方向(E)に沿ってノズル(17)から放出される、金属コーティング(7)に拭きつけるための工程、
−金属コーティング(7)を固化させるための工程、を含み、
−固化させた後、および任意のスキンパス操作の前に、金属コーティング(7)の外側表面(21)は、うねりWa0.8が0.55μm以下であり、

Zは、主要な放出方向(E)に沿った金属シート(1)とノズル(17)との間の距離であり、Zは、mmで表現され、
dは、ノズル(17)の前側での金属シート(1)の走行方向(S)に沿ったノズル(17)の出口(25)の平均高さであり、dは、mmで表現され、
Vは、ノズル(17)の前側での金属シート(1)の走行速度であり、Vは、m・s−1で表現され、
Pは、ノズル(17)内の拭きつけガスの圧力であり、Pは、N・m−2で表現され、
fO2は、拭きつけガス中の酸素の体積分率である、方法。 - 方法は、堆積工程の前に、金属シート(1)を冷間圧延するための工程を含み、少なくとも最後の通過が、作業表面が0.5μm以下の粗さRa2.5を有するために、調整されているが、エッチングされていない作業ロールを用いて達成される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 固化させた後、および任意のスキンパス操作の前に、金属コーティング(7)の外側表面のうねりWa0.8は、0.35μm以下である、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- EDT作業ロールを用いた金属シート(1)のスキンパスのための工程を含み、この作業表面は、2.05μmから2.95μmの粗さRa2.5を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- EBT作業ロールを用いた金属シート(1)のスキンパスのための工程を含み、EBT作業ロールの作業表面は、2.90μmから4.10μmの粗さRa2.5を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)は、アルミニウムの重量含有量が0.6%以下である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)は、アルミニウムの重量含有量が0.5%以下である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 金属コーティング(7)が、Si、Sb、Pb、Ti、Ca、Mn、Sn、La、Ce、Cr、ZrまたはBiから選択される1つ以上のさらなる元素を含み、金属コーティング(7)中のそれぞれのさらなる元素の重量含有量は、0.3%未満である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 鋼鉄基材(3)を含み、その少なくとも1つの面(5)が、浴に基材を浸すことによって堆積する金属コーティング(7)でコーティングされており、当該コーティングが、0.2重量%から0.7重量%のAlを含み、金属コーティング(7)の残りは、Zn、および避けられない不純物であり、金属コーティング(7)の外側表面は、任意のスキンパス操作の前に、うねりWa0.8が0.35μm以下である、金属シート(1)。
- 金属コーティング(7)は、アルミニウムの重量含有量が、0.6%以下である、請求項10に記載の金属シート。
- 金属コーティング(7)は、アルミニウムの重量含有量が、0.5%以下である、請求項11に記載の金属シート。
- 金属コーティング(7)が、Si、Sb、Pb、Ti、Ca、Mn、Sn、La、Ce、Cr、ZrまたはBiから選択される1つ以上のさらなる元素を含み、金属コーティング(7)中のそれぞれのさらなる元素の重量含有量は、0.3%未満である、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の金属シート。
- 鋼鉄基材(3)を含む金属シートを用いて作られた変形された部品であって、鋼鉄基材(3)の少なくとも1つの面(5)が、鋼鉄基材を浴に浸漬させたことにより堆積させた金属コーティング(7)でコーティングされており、金属コーティング(7)は、アルミニウムの重量含有量が、0.2%から0.7%であり、および金属コーティング(7)の残りは、Zn、および避けられない不純物であり、金属コーティングの外側表面は、0.43μm以下のうねりWa0.8を有する、部品。
- 金属コーティングの外側表面は、うねりWa0.8が0.41μm以下である、請求項14に記載の部品。
- 金属コーティングの外側表面は、うねりWa0.8が0.37μm以下である、請求項15に記載の部品。
- 部品は、金属コーティング(7)の上に塗料の膜をさらに含む、請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 塗料の膜の厚みは、120μm以下である、請求項17に記載の部品。
- 塗料の膜の厚みは、100μm以下である、請求項18に記載の部品。
- 金属コーティング(7)は、アルミニウムの重量含有量が0.6%以下である、請求項14から19のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 金属コーティング(7)は、アルミニウムの重量含有量が0.5%以下である、請求項20に記載の部品。
- 金属コーティング(7)が、Si、Sb、Pb、Ti、Ca、Mn、Sn、La、Ce、Cr、ZrまたはBiから選択される1つ以上のさらなる元素を含み、金属コーティング(7)中のそれぞれのさらなる元素の重量含有量は、0.3%未満である、請求項14から21のいずれか一項に記載の部品。
- 本体を備え、本体が、請求項14から22のいずれか一項に記載の部品を含む、陸上車両。
