Claims (23)
- 第1締着具と第2締着具との間に少なくとも半永久的な結合を形成するために、第1のフックのセットを含む第1締着具を、第2のフックのセット又は第2のループのセットの一方又は両方を含む第2締着具に取り付ける工程を含み、
前記第1のフックのセット、前記第2のフックのセット及び前記第2のループのセットからなるグループの少なくとも1つは、バルク凝固アモルファス合金を含む、結合方法。 - 前記取り付ける工程が、前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金のガラス転移温度(Tg)以上の温度で実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2締着具は前記第2のフックのセットを含み、及び
前記第1のフックのセット及び第2のフックのセットが、前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記取り付ける工程の際に、前記第1のフックのセット、前記第2のフックのセット及び前記第2のループのセットからなるグループの少なくとも1つの局所的な温度が前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金のガラス転移温度(Tg)より上であることを除き、前記第1締着具又は前記第2締着具の温度は、前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金のガラス転移温度(Tg)より下又は前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金のガラス転移温度(Tg)より上である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のフックのセット、前記第2のフックのセット及び前記第2のループのセットからなるグループの少なくとも1つにおける少なくとも一部分を、少なくとも部分的に結晶化させる工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- バルク凝固アモルファス合金から、前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金を含むベースから延びる複数のフックを形成する工程を含む、締着具の製造方法。
- 前記複数のフックを形成する工程が、

前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金のガラス転移温度(Tg)と融解温度(Tm)との間の温度に、前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金を加熱する工程と、
前記フックを形成するために、前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金がTgとTmとの間にある間に、前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金及び形成デバイスを互いに接触させて配置する工程と、を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記複数のフックを形成する工程が、
前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金を前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金の融解温度(Tm)以上に加熱する工程と、
前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金を形成デバイスに挿入する工程と、
前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金を前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金のガラス転移温度(Tg)より下の温度に冷却して前記フックを形成する工程とを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記形成デバイスが、プレートを通って延びる複数の穴を定義する前記プレートを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- バルク凝固アモルファス合金から、前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金を含むベースから延びる複数のループを形成する工程を含む、締着具の製造方法。
- 前記複数のループを形成する工程が、
前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金を前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金のガラス転移温度(Tg)より上に加熱する工程と、
前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金がTgより上である間に、前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金のストランドを形成する工程及び前記ループを形成するために前記ストランドを曲げる工程とを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記複数のループを形成する工程が、
前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金のガラス転移温度(Tg)と融解温度(Tm)との間の温度に、前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金を加熱する工程と、
前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金がTgとTmとの間にある間に、前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金のストランドを形成する工程及び前記ループを形成するために前記ストランドを曲げる工程とを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記複数のループを形成する工程が、
前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金を前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金の溶融温度(Tm)以上に加熱する工程と、前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金のストランドを形成する工程と、前記ストランドを曲げる工程と、前記ループを形成するために前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金を前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金のガラス転移温度(Tg)より下の温度に冷却する工程と、を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記ストランドを形成する工程の操作が、前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金にピンの配列を挿入する工程と、前記ストランドを形成するために、前記ベースから前記ピンを引き出す工程とを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- バルク凝固アモルファス合金を含むベース部分と、前記ベース部分から延び且つ前記バルク凝固アモルファス合金を含む複数のフックとを含む締着具。
