Claims (18)
- 第1の溝を有する導光板と、
前記第1の溝に配置され、基板、及び前記基板上に配列された少なくとも一つの光源を含む光源モジュールと、
前記第1の溝に対応して配置された第2の溝を有するボトムシャーシと、
前記ボトムシャーシの第2の溝に配置され、前記光源モジュールとボトムシャーシとの間に配置された弾性部材とを備え、
前記弾性部材は、前記光源モジュールの下側に配置された放熱板と、前記放熱板の下側に配置され前記第2の溝の底面上に配置された金属弾性体と、を含み、
前記放熱板の上部面と前記基板の下部面は傾斜面であって、互いに接触し、
前記放熱板は前記光源に隣接するほど厚さが厚く、前記基板は前記光源から遠ざかるほど厚さが厚い、照明システム。 - 前記弾性部材は、
前記第2の溝の底面上に配置された下部板と、
前記光源モジュールの下側に配置された上部板と、
前記下部板と上部板の端を連結し、曲面を有する連結部と
を備える、請求項1に記載の照明システム。 - 前記弾性部材は熱伝導性非発泡弾性体である、請求項1又は2に記載の照明システム。
- 前記弾性部材は、
前記第2の溝の底面に形成された熱伝導性非発泡弾性接着剤と、
前記熱伝導性非発泡弾性接着剤上に形成され、前記第2の溝内に配置された熱伝導性非発泡弾性体と
を備える、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記放熱板の幅は前記光源モジュールの幅と同一である、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記放熱板の上部面は、前記光源モジュールの下側に配置され、前記第2の溝の外部に位置する、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記放熱板の上部面と前記基板の下部面は、凹凸パターンを有する傾斜面である、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記放熱板の上部面と前記基板の下部面は、一部表面に凹凸パターンを有する傾斜面であって、前記凹凸パターンは、前記光源モジュールの光源に対応するように配置されている、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記放熱板の下部面には少なくとも1つの第3の溝が形成され、前記金属弾性体は前記第3の溝の底面と前記第2の溝の底面に接触する、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記金属弾性体はスプリングである、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記下部板の厚さは前記上部板の厚さと異なる、請求項2に記載の照明システム。
- 前記連結部は前記下部板及び上部板と異なる物質である、請求項2又は11に記載の照明システム。
- 前記弾性部材の高さは、前記第2の溝の高さより高いか、又は前記第2の溝の高さと同一である、請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記弾性部材の幅は前記第2の溝の幅より小さい、請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記第2の溝の幅は前記光源モジュールの幅より小さい、請求項1乃至請求項14のいずれかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記第2の溝の幅は前記光源モジュールの幅より大きい、請求項1乃至請求項15のいずれかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記基板は前記第1の溝の外部に突出する、請求項1乃至請求項16のいずれかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記導光板と前記ボトムシャーシは互いに離隔して配置され、前記第1の溝と前記第2の溝は互いに重畳されている、請求項1乃至請求項17のいずれかに記載の照明システム。
