Claims (6)
- 乗り物の運転中に運転者に異常が発生したことを検出する運転者異常発生検出器において、
運転者の姿勢変化を検出する姿勢変化センサと、
前記検出した姿勢変化が予め想定される異常発生時の姿勢変化であって、その変化量が予め定めた範囲を超えた場合に、運転者に異常の発生であるのか、否かについての確認を求め、応答がない場合、異常発生検出信号を出力する確認部と、
前記確認の求めに対し運転者から異常の発生でない旨の応答があった場合、予め定めた時間T1が経過するまでは、前記予め定めた範囲よりも狭い範囲を定め、当該狭い範囲を超えた場合、前記確認部に、運転者に異常の発生であるのか、否かについての確認を行わせる特別監視モード制御部と、を備えたことを特徴とする運転者異常発生検出器。 - 運転者の心電図波形を検知する心電図波形センサを備え、
前記特別監視モード制御部は、心電図波形センサにより得られる心電図波形をモニタし、不整脈、心室細動又は心房細動を検知した場合に、前記確認部に、運転者に異常の発生であるのか、否かについての確認を行わせる、請求項1に記載の運転者異常発生検出器。 - 運転者の心電図波形を検知する心電図波形センサを備え、
前記特別監視モード制御部は、心電図波形センサにより得られる心電図波形をモニタし、運転者のデマンド型ペースメーカが作動していることを検知した場合に、前記確認部に、運転者に異常の発生であるのか、否かについての確認を行わせる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の運転者異常発生検出器。 - 前記予め定めた時間T1は40分である、請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一項に記載の運転者異常発生検出器。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか一項に記載の運転者異常発生検出器と、
前記運転者異常発生検出器の確認部により異常発生検出信号が出力された場合、前記乗り物を停止させる安全確保部とを備えたことを特徴とする安全装置。 - 乗り物前方にある障害物を検出する障害物センサを備え、
前記安全確保部は、障害物センサによって、前方に障害物が検出されている場合には、当該障害物に衝突する前に乗り物を緊急停止させる、請求項5に記載の安全装置。
