Claims (10)
- 配電ネットワーク(200)上の障害を位置特定するための方法であって、
1つまたは複数のスマートメータ(102)により、前記配電ネットワーク(200)に関連する複数の電圧値を監視するステップと、
測定により電力システム障害に関連する過渡状態の不足電圧状況を検出するステップと、
サイクル毎に1回、基本的な電圧成分のRMSまたはフェーザの大きさを計算するステップと、
前記複数の監視した電圧値の1つまたは複数が、電力システム障害を示す場合に、
監視した線間電圧値の少なくとも一部分を記憶するステップと、
障害電圧プロファイルをフォーマットするステップと、
1つまたは複数の終了直前メッセージを、電力損失直前の障害電圧プロファイルとともに、前記1つまたは複数のスマートメータ(102)から中央局受信機(136)または線路センサに送信することにより、検出した障害を指示するステップであって、前記1つまたは複数の終了直前メッセージが、前記監視かつ記憶した線間電圧値および線間電流値を含む、ステップと、
送信された前記メッセージを前記中央局受信機(136)で受信するステップと、
前記障害電圧プロファイルにより前記終了直前メッセージを判定するステップと、
前記障害電圧プロファイルにより受信した前記終了直前メッセージを電気接続性の順に順序付けるステップと、
配電変電所に最も近いノードをオリジナルルートノードとして指定するステップと、
前記オリジナルルートノードに電気的に近接するすべてのメータからの線間電圧値を検査するステップと、
最も低い線間電圧値を有する、電気的に近接するメータを判定するステップと、
前記電気的に近接するメータを新しいルートノードに昇格させるステップと、
新しいルートノードが発見され得なくなるまで、前記電気的に近接する最も低い線間電圧値を有するメータを前記新しいルートノードに昇格させるステップを繰り返すステップと、
障害位置が、最後に判定されたルートノードと、隣の電気的に近接するメータとの間にあると判定するステップと、
を実行するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記監視した線間電圧値の少なくとも一部分を保存するステップが、AC線間電圧の1つまたは複数のサイクルに対するRMSまたはフェーザ電圧測定結果を記憶するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の電圧を監視するステップが、前記配電ネットワーク(200)の1つまたは複数の枝路(202)上の電圧を監視するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の電圧を監視するステップが、前記配電ネットワーク(200)の1つまたは複数の枝路(202)に関連する、複数のタップ線(122、305)での電圧を監視するステップを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記1つまたは複数のメッセージを、前記1つまたは複数のスマートメータ(102)から前記中央局受信機(136)に送信するステップが、前記1つまたは複数のスマートメータ(102)を識別するコードを送信するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つまたは複数のスマートメータ(102)を識別する前記コードを送信するステップが、前記中央局受信機(136)により受信され、前記1つまたは複数のスマートメータ(102)の位置を決定するために、前記配電ネットワーク(200)の前記モデルと比較される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 障害位置を判定するステップが、前記配電ネットワーク(200)のスマートメータ(102)間の、物理的トポロジーおよびモデル形成された線路インピーダンス(124、128、132)に少なくとも部分的に基づく、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 配電ネットワーク(200)上の障害を位置特定するためのシステムであって、
配電ネットワーク(200)と、
少なくとも1つの中央局受信機(136)と、
前記少なくとも1つの中央局受信機(136)と通信するように構成される1つまたは複数のスマートメータ(102)と、
を備え、
前記1つまたは複数のスマートメータ(102)は、
1つまたは複数のスマートメータ(102)により、前記配電ネットワーク(200)に関連する複数の電圧値を監視するステップと、
測定により電力システム障害に関連する過渡状態の不足電圧状況を検出するステップと、
サイクル毎に1回、基本的な電圧成分のRMSまたはフェーザの大きさを計算するステップと、
前記複数の監視した電圧値の1つまたは複数が、電力システム障害を示す場合に、
監視した線間電圧値の少なくとも一部分を記憶するステップと、
障害電圧プロファイルをフォーマットするステップと、
1つまたは複数の終了直前メッセージを、電力損失直前の障害電圧プロファイルとともに、前記1つまたは複数のスマートメータ(102)から中央局受信機(136)または線路センサに送信することにより、検出した障害を指示するステップであって、前記1つまたは複数の終了直前メッセージが、前記監視かつ記憶した線間電圧値および線間電流値を含む、ステップと、
送信された前記メッセージを前記中央局受信機(136)で受信するステップと、
前記障害電圧プロファイルにより前記終了直前メッセージを判定するステップと、
前記障害電圧プロファイルにより受信した前記終了直前メッセージを電気接続性の順に順序付けるステップと、
配電変電所に最も近いノードをオリジナルルートノードとして指定するステップと、
前記オリジナルルートノードに電気的に近接するすべてのメータからの線間電圧値を検査するステップと、
最も低い線間電圧値を有する、電気的に近接するメータを判定するステップと、
前記電気的に近接するメータを新しいルートノードに昇格させるステップと、
新しいルートノードが発見され得なくなるまで、前記電気的に近接する最も低い線間電圧値を有するメータを前記新しいルートノードに昇格させるステップを繰り返すステップと、
障害位置が、最後に判定されたルートノードと、隣の電気的に近接するメータとの間にあると判定するステップと、
を実行するように構成されす、
システム。 - 前記監視した線間電圧値の少なくとも一部分を記憶するステップが、AC線間電圧の基本的な成分の1つまたは複数のサイクルに対するフェーザ電圧測定結果を保存することを含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の電圧を監視することが、前記配電ネットワーク(200)の1つまたは複数の枝路(202)上の電圧を監視することを含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
