外周部に歯部が形成され、該歯部が相互に噛合する一対の歯車と、
前記一対の歯車が噛合状態で収納される液圧室を有し、該液圧室は前記各歯車の歯先外面が摺接する円弧状の内周面を有するハウジングと、
前記各歯車の両端面にそれぞれ当接した状態で前記ハウジングの液圧室内に挿入されて、前記各歯車の両端面からそれぞれ外方に延出するように設けられた各回転軸を支持する支持部材とを備え、
前記ハウジングは、前記一対の歯車を挟んで、前記液圧室の一方の内面に開口する取入れ流路を有するとともに、前記液圧室の他方の内面に開口する吐出し流路を有し、
前記一対の歯車は、前記回転軸の軸線方向において、その歯面が相互に連続して線状に当接するとともに、一方の歯先が他方の歯底に当接するような理論歯形を備えた液圧装置において、
前記各歯車の歯部端面のエッジ部の、少なくとも歯先と歯底との間の中間部位に面取り部を有し、該中間部位のエッジ部である面取り部の丸み又は斜面の大きさが、前記歯先及び歯底のエッジ部における丸み又は斜面の大きさよりも大きくなった液圧装置に係る。

Claims (7)
- 外周部に歯部が形成され、該歯部が相互に噛合する一対の歯車と、
前記一対の歯車が噛合状態で収納される液圧室を有し、該液圧室は前記各歯車の歯先外面が摺接する円弧状の内周面を有するハウジングと、
前記各歯車の両端面にそれぞれ当接した状態で前記ハウジングの液圧室内に挿入されて、前記各歯車の両端面からそれぞれ外方に延出するように設けられた各回転軸を支持する支持部材とを備え、
前記ハウジングは、前記一対の歯車を挟んで、前記液圧室の一方の内面に開口する取入れ流路を有するとともに、前記液圧室の他方の内面に開口する吐出し流路を有し、
前記一対の歯車は、前記回転軸の軸線方向において、その歯面が相互に連続して線状に当接するとともに、一方の歯先が他方の歯底に当接するような理論歯形を備えた液圧装置において、
前記各歯車の歯部端面のエッジ部の、少なくとも歯先と歯底との間の中間部位に面取り部を有し、該中間部位のエッジ部である面取り部の丸み又は斜面の大きさが、前記歯先及び歯底のエッジ部における丸み又は斜面の大きさよりも大きくなっていることを特徴とする液圧装置。 - 前記中間部位は、前記歯車の動力伝達域部であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液圧装置。
- 前記中間部位は、前記歯車の歯たけをhとして、歯底から0.1h〜0.9hの範囲である請求項1記載の液圧装置。
- 前記中間部位は、前記歯車の歯たけをhとして、歯底から0.26h〜0.81hの範囲である請求項1記載の液圧装置。
- 前記一対の歯車は、はすば歯車であり、
前記端面と歯面とがなす角度が鋭角となる側の前記中間部位にのみ、前記面取り部を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4記載のいずれかの液圧装置。 - 前記中間部位の面取り部の面取り幅を、0.05〜0.8mmとしたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5記載のいずれかの液圧装置。
- 前記中間部位の面取り部の面取り幅を、0.1〜0.2mmとしたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5記載のいずれかの液圧装置。
