Claims (1)
- ガン本体の先端部に、径大な塗料通路と、その塗料通路に連続し先端側に行くほど径小となるテーパ状のシート面と、そのシート面の先端に連続する径小な塗料出口部とを有する塗料ノズルを備えると共に、
前記塗料通路内に位置して、ニードルシャフト部の先端に先細り状のテーパ面部を一体に有する棒状をなし、前記テーパ面部が前記シート面に接触して前記塗料出口部を閉塞する閉塞位置と、該テーパ面部が該シート面から離間する開放位置との間で進退するニードル弁を備えたスプレーガンであって、
前記ニードル弁には、前記テーパ面部の更に先端側に、前記塗料出口部の内径寸法よりも小さい外径寸法を有し該テーパ面部の先端の外径と同等の外径あるいは次第に先細りとなる円柱状をなし、前記閉塞位置で前記塗料出口部に挿入される突部が一体に設けられ、
前記塗料ノズルと前記ニードル弁との間に偏心が生じている場合には、該ニードル弁を開放位置から閉塞位置へ移動させる際に、その途中位置で、前記テーパ面部が該塗料ノズルの内面に接触するよりも先に前記突部の先端角部が前記シート面のシート箇所よりも先端側部位に接触し、その後、該突部の先端が該塗料ノズルの内面を滑るように移動し、偏心を吸収するようにして該突部が前記塗料出口部に挿入され、前記テーパ面部が前記シート面に密着するように構成されていることを特徴とするスプレーガン。
