Description
・コア中心層5:理想的には電気化学電池の中心要素に共通するイットリアジルコニア型セラミック(YSZ)で、機械加工し易く、ジルコニア及びインターコネクタの金属材料に近い熱膨張係数を有するガラスセラミックMacor(登録商標)であるが、例えば他の用途にはアルミナ(Al2O3)も意図される。
・外側金属層6及び7:商標FeCrAlloyで市販されているOC404型の鉄、クロミウム、アルミニウム系合金、更にはインコネル 718 SPFなどの超弾性合金。
・中間バインダ層10及び11:CEAからのJV36などの高シリコンナトリウム及びアルミニウムホウケイ酸ガラス;CEAからのCASなどのカルシウムアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスセラミックス;ショット社の市販溶液8422(ガラス)、G018−304(ガラスセラミック)。

Claims (6)
- 高温電気分解装置または固体酸化物燃料電池の動作温度で機能するシール(1)であって、電気絶縁中心層(5)のおのおのの側に、封止される支持面に固定するためのパターン(8,9)を備えた外側金属層(6,7)と、前記外側金属層と前記電気絶縁中心層の間のバインダ層(10,11)とを有し、前記バインダ層は、前記動作温度においてガラス質であるか又はガラスセラミック材料からなるシール(1)。
- 前記バインダ層(10,11)が、同一又は異なる性質である、請求項1に記載のシール。
- 前記パターンが、前記支持面に向いた先端を有する三角形断面を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のシール。
- 前記金属層(6,7)が、前記電気絶縁中心層(5)より薄い、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシール。
- 前記電気絶縁中心層が、セラミックである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシール。
- 前記支持面は、前記パターン(8,9)の先端がそれぞれ接触する金属部材の面であり、前記電気絶縁中心層は、ジルコニア及び前記金属部材の材料に近い熱膨張係数を有し、前記バインダ層は、前記金属部材間の熱膨張係数の差による剪断力を吸収する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシール。
