Description
−少なくとも1つのシリカを、少なくとも1つの酸性化剤と反応(沈殿反応)させて、沈殿シリカの懸濁液(S1)を得る、
−固体/液体分離工程、特に、濾過工程を、実施して、「濾過」ケーキとも呼ばれる固体生成物を得る、
−前記濾過ケーキに、上述した温度、この場合は、50〜120℃の温度で分解操作を施して、沈殿シリカの懸濁液(S2)を得る、
−このようにして得られた生成物を、好ましくは、噴霧化により乾燥する。
−濾過工程で得られた、固体含量が27重量%の沈殿シリカZ1165MPのケーキ、
−Al2O3として表すと濃度23%およびNa2O/Al2O3重量比0.8を示すアルミン酸ナトリウム溶液
−80g/lに等しい濃度の硫酸。
−0.5μm未満の粒子のパーセンテージからの、Sedigraph55100デバイス(Micromeretics)で実施された沈殿による粒子サイズ測定。この技術により分析された懸濁液を、純水で4.6重量%まで希釈し、緩やかに攪拌する。得られた懸濁液を続いて、250μmの篩を用いて篩分けし、0.3〜85μmの測定範囲をとって分析を実施する。
−Mastersizer2000デバイス(Malvern)で実施されるレーザー回折による粒子サイズ測定。測定範囲において純水で希釈。ビームの閉塞は8〜13%。
−Zanchetta造粒機での攪拌による分解で失われたエネルギー。
・温度制御容器(25℃または80℃)で1000回転/分で分解、
・t=0:アルミネートを密閉袋中(容器を後に80℃で制御する場合)で80℃で3時間予熱したケーキ1kg(4mmの篩に予め通して破砕しておいたケーキ)と接触させたところ、0.3%のAl/SiO2比となる、
・t=7分:1分間の硫酸の添加によるpH調整、
・30分での分解終了後:生成物を続いて800μmの篩に通す。
Claims (11)
- 沈殿シリカの懸濁液(S1)を得るためのシリケートと酸性化剤の反応後、ケーキを得るための分離工程、沈殿シリカの懸濁液(S2)を得るための前記ケーキの分解工程、およびこの懸濁液の乾燥工程を含む、沈殿シリカの製造方法であって、前記分解工程が、75〜85℃の温度で実施される、方法。
- 前記分解工程が、蒸気の添加を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分解工程が加熱工程を含む請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記分解工程の持続時間が、5〜120分である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記分解工程を施した前記濾過ケーキが、少なくとも10重量%の固体含量を示す請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記分解工程から得られる前記沈殿シリカの懸濁液(S2)が、少なくとも10重量%の固体含量を示す請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記分離工程が、濾過工程からなる請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記濾過工程が、回転真空フィルターまたはフィルタープレスを用いて実施される請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥工程が、噴霧により実施される請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥工程から得られる前記生成物に、粉砕工程を施す請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥工程から得られる、または前記の粉砕工程から得られる前記生成物に、凝集化工程を施す請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
