Description
− 少なくとも1つのシリカを、少なくとも1つの酸性化剤と反応(沈殿反応)させて、沈殿シリカの懸濁液(S1)を得る、
− 固体/液体分離工程、特に、濾過工程を、実施して、「濾過」ケーキとも呼ばれる固体生成物を得る、
− 沈殿シリカの懸濁液(S2)を得るために、前記濾過ケーキに分解操作を施す、
− 膜濃縮工程を続いて前記懸濁液(S2)に実施する
− このようにして得られた生成物を、好ましくは、噴霧化により乾燥する。
用いる沈殿シリカの懸濁液(S2)は、シリカZ1165MPのスラリーであり、濾過工程の後、濾過工程で得られたケーキの分解工程から得られ、以下の特性を示す。
温度:50℃
pH:6.0〜6.5
湿度:77%
用いる沈殿シリカの懸濁液(S2)は、シリカZ1165MPのスラリーであり、濾過工程の後、濾過工程で得られたケーキの分解工程から得られ、以下の特性を示す。

Claims (16)
- 沈殿シリカの懸濁液(S1)を得るためのシリケートと酸性化剤の反応後、ケーキを得るための分離工程、沈殿シリカの懸濁液(S2)を得るための前記ケーキの分解工程、沈殿シリカの懸濁液の乾燥工程が続く、沈殿シリカの製造方法であって、膜濃縮工程が前記分解工程と前記乾燥工程の間に実施される、方法。
- 前記膜濃縮工程が、接線濾過により実施される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記膜濃縮工程が、動的接線濾過により実施される請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記膜濃縮工程が、回転動的接線濾過により実施される請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記膜濃縮工程の結果得られた生成物が、24重量%を超える固体含量を有する沈殿シリカの懸濁液である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記膜濃縮工程の結果得られた生成物が、少なくとも26重量%の固体含量を有する沈殿シリカの懸濁液である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記膜濃縮工程の結果得られた生成物が、25重量%〜30重量%の固体含量を有する沈殿シリカの懸濁液である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記膜濃縮工程が、40〜90℃の温度で実施される請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 解砕工程が、前記分離工程と前記分解工程の間に実施される請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記分離工程が、濾過工程からなり、適切な場合は、洗浄工程が続く請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記濾過工程が、真空フィルターまたはフィルタープレスを用いて実施される請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥工程が、噴霧により実施される請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥工程が、ノズル噴霧器を用いて実施される請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥工程から得られた生成物に粉砕工程を施す請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥工程から得られた生成物に凝集化工程を施す請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粉砕工程から得られた生成物に凝集化工程を施す請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
