Claims (19)

少なくとも1つのアンカー部材であって、前記アンカー部材は、身体管腔内に前記デバイスが配備された場合に、前記結節に対する前記チャネル部分の回転、近位、及び遠位運動を阻止するように構成される、少なくとも1つのアンカー部材とを備え、
前記少なくとも1つのアンカー部材は、前記結節における組織又はその付近の組織を穿孔するように構成されている穿孔部分と、前記組織を前記穿孔部分が穿孔する深さを制限するように構成されているパッド部分とを備える、デバイス。 - 前記チャネル部分は少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性マーカを更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ガイド部材はガイドワイヤを備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ガイド部材はガイドチューブを備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。

- 前記デバイスは、前記チャネル部分の前記遠位端と結合された方向性部材を更に備え、前記方向性部材は、気道又はその他の身体管腔内に前記デバイスが配備された場合に前記チャネル部分の前記遠位端を気道又はその他の身体管腔の壁の方に導くように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記チャネル部分の前記遠位端は、前記方向性部材の配向を識別するように構成された反響特性的に固有の部分を有する、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記チャネル部分は、前記反響特性的に固有の部分を前記結節に対して回転整列させるために、配備に先立って回転させられ得る、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
